i switch back and forth between my sets, when you do the hang clean way, do you feel it workout your bi's too, my body wasnt used to front squating and the next day my bi's were pretty sore
I actually hold it a little different for front squats I guess, Here's videos of me doing both. I put my elbows way out in front of me for front squats and pretty much just rest it across my shoulders. For cleans I pretty much hold the weight up with my hands. I do feel it in the bi's for regular cleans but not front squats.

That work out took a long time, don't know why. I guess I spent a lot of time on cleans. I kept fucking up the 175 and barely got it and I don't think I could have done 176 pounds lol. I feel like I can hit a 165 jerk just fine but I fucked up the form, O lifts are a bitch.

I think I did that work out in 20 minutes, it was like a HIT workout. I am already really sore, I usually don't start feeling sore this soon so might take tomorrow off, we will see how I feel, it's squat day tomorrow.
It's this thing but I lie on the ground and put my feet on the wall and pull up. The one at my gym is closer to the ground, I'll take a video of it if I remember.
Below parallel squats 255x11 PR
ATF squats 225x9
Leg press 4 plates and a 25 on each sidex10 PR
Deficit deads (used 25's instead of 45's) 295x4 PR
Almost ATF
Actual ATF, Also, take note of that bitch nigga in the background curling in the squat rack, we got curl bars that go up to 130 asshole get out of here with that 95 pound curl.
Leg press
My belt is making my back look like it is rounding but it's not as bad as it looks, I promise.
Brutal work out, video taped every set today. I realize I have been saying my squats are ATF when they are really just below parallel, it's a matter of inches because my stance is very narrow but still, ATF is ATF and anything higher is not. I did a second set with more correct form and it really didn't feel any harder, I'll make sure I am getting appropriate depth from now on. I am pretty confidant I could get 255x11 with full depth. I was surprised at how much stronger I was today compared to my last squat session. I love training legs!
Nice work out I bet you are sore. 295 on the deads!
I sqeaked one out today then dropped back to 275

I was actually doing deficit deads. they're a great for bringing up your regular deadlift numbers, try them out sometime. I used a bunch of 25 plates so it's lower to the ground, alternatively you can stand on something a a few inches tall that's very very stable.
I think I am going to doing something different from now on. I want to go back to an upper lower split, and I want to keep my leg work outs the same but I want to add some volume to my upper body work outs. Tomorrow will be upper body back first then chest and arms. Next upper body will be chest first then back and arms.

Sounds interesting. as you know I am just starting to lift again, just trying to get my form in line on what I know. I am sure I'll get to them soon when I get a little more advanced in my lifting

Great feeling work out, didn't do any direct arm work my arms were fried from everything else. I was happy to see my back got slightly stronger even though I wasn't really training it at all the past month. I know that jerk was ugly, but at least I got it up. Still doing some weighted stretching at the end of my work out, but I had to cut it short today because of time.
nice vids bro, do you always squat without shoes in socks? i do that too, i couldnt really see your feet in the deads vid but do you do those shoeless too?
i go narrow stance on squats too, seems to work well when going atf.. with hang cleans i use a slightly narrow grip tho, my hands are usually an inch inside the rings it looked like urs were partially outside the rings, it helps me get the weight up a lil better
