I will be training using the HIT training method and I will be competing natural. I hope to be 200 pounds by the time this contest is over but we will see what happens.

ATF squats 255x8ish PR I know I didn't get good depth the last few, was one of the uglier sets I've done so far, oh well. I use a very narrow stance, as you can kind of see in the front squat, so parallel and ATF are like 3 inches apart for me.

I am going to upload a video here in a minute and I would like to know if I can take a screen shot of it for the contest because the date on my paper is very very small but you can see it up close in this video and obviously it's still me and the same paper but you couldn't tell if I didn't zoom in at first. If screen shots from this video is not ok, I will need to get something with a bigger date on it, or perhaps a judge could PM me a random word to write on my paper or I could prove it's current? Either way, I'll get some decent pics to the email address before it's too late.

Thanks man, I ran yesterday and I think that was a bad idea. I didn't get the form or speed I wanted out of that set but no worries, it wasn't too ugly. I'm emailing my photos now for the contest I took a picture of the paper up close to see the date, and you can clearly see it's the same picture on the front page in all my pics but the date is too little. I guess I'll let them upload it into the first post instead of posting them now.

A camera I am borrowing (secretly stealing) from my girlfriend. It's a kodak easyshare c653. I just prop it up against a 5 pound plate I sit on the ground.

I am going to be doing some random shit like passive static stretching, drop sets, counting TUT time, Holeman's technique, shock weeks, block training, and maybe some timed rest intervals and more. Just a few of the weapons I'm gonna use. My workouts will look more complicated typed out on here than they really are.


Off day today. Im sore as fuck anyways. Deadlifts tomorrow. Gonna take a vid, gonna hit a PR. I got a new type of training planned that I will start about half way through this contest. Going to eat about 5000 calories a day through out the contest, 2000 from chocolate milk haha.

5 miles on the gym bike, time 16:15 thats 35 seconds better than last time. I thought I was doing good on cardio til some 64 year old man next to me was going almost the same pace for 99 minutes getting like 30+ miles. I can't imagine going that pace for any longer than I did.


Got up to 183 today, good start for the contest. Hoping to be over 200 pounds when it's over. Maybe even 210 if I gain like I have been.

Ok im going to start my block training early. Basically, I'm going to focus training on my weak points which are arms and chest. split is going to be something like this. (arms does include shoulder work).
day 1- chest arms/maintenance leg work abs
day 2- cardio
day 3- chest arms
day 4- rest
day 5- chest arms/maintenance back work (deadlifts this day) abs
day 6- cardio
day 7- rest
I know this is blasphemy, but I need to bring up the weak points. Only going to do this training for 5-6 weeks.

Just do like ATF squats leg press and front squats one day and then Deadlifts good mornings and leg curls on another and your legs will grow.
