Ya 30 sec between sets you need a stop watch. The pain level is insane!

I'm going to give your routine a go in my 3rd week myself. You convinced me with your badassness.

Sounds good. Are you splitting quads and hams up on leg day "morning and afternoon", or both at the same time? Hows your cardio?

Diet is going good! Very surprised how quick the bf is coming off! Definatly noticing my stomach going down as Ive cut out alot of my cheese and sugar intake. Ill be watching my claorie intake and possibly increase my carbs next week as I dont want to come down too quick. I will also try and cut back on my coffee intake ( Im canadian I love my coffee and donuts lol!!) Thats gonna be tough. If any one has diet suggestions im totally open for a discussion...
I likes my coffee too. Why do you want to cut back your intake? Does it impact your training negatively? The last time I cut, I used sweet potatoes and Ezekiel bread as my main carb sources, chicken breasts, tuna, salmon, ground turkey, and liquid egg whites for protein, evoo, whole eggs, almonds for fats. And a pot and a half of coffee per day.

    That's a killer wo btw.

There's no way I could do 50lb db presses for 100 in a a row.

No No. ^^^^^ Lol. Me either. Not even close. I could prolly do 25 in a row and I'm not sure but it may take me all day to get 100. I think I may give this thing a try also. My routine is mundane. It works but I could use a deload week every once in a while.

I used to do both together. I found better results, and a more aggressive leg workout with a split leg routine, and I do calves eod. If time in the gym is an issue I would do them all together.

Arm day! The final day of torture in the 100 week. Today was bad as far as crazy pumps!!!!
Bicep preacher machine curlls 100lbsx 100 reps
tricep cable press downs alternating the cable from splitting over left leg then right 140lbs x100 reps
the final was a super set Of standing bb curl and skull crushers. for these we alternate back and forth so i do my set of ten then my partner does his, no stop watch. We started with 100 lbs and went down the rack to 50lbs where we upped the reps to 15 and did it twice.
    This was a killer!!!
My diet is really working Im down 3 lbs already! I might increase my carbs a bit as I dont want to lean out too fast. I will have a very visible six pack by the end of week three then it will be a matter of maintenance while I continue to build mass. All in all I think the first week went awesome! Great training diet is working although Im not used to feeling hungary EVER Lol! I thought I would add my general supplement routine today
I train every day at 5:30 am
wake up take 4 primrose oil caps
    anti estrogen
2 scoops super pump or jack3d I have a ton of both.
post workout 2 scoops whey at 50 g protein and 3/4 cup garnola
    then one shake before bed.

Don't use those while cutting. Sugars may be added and an insulin response may also be had.....which you don't want. Take 1000mg vit. c before training.

5:00am monday to Friday. I have a wife and 1yr old daughter so I train while they are still sleeping, that way I can drive my wife to work and then take care of my daughter until I go to work at noon. It's a busy schedule but you gotta do what you gotta do right.

The primrose oil is an omega-6 Its used for alot of different things like weight control and insulin control. I also like it for liver protection. Its good to supplement your fatty acids because most people dont get enough through regular diet. As far as the abs go I dont have a hard time cutting weight lol! I wish I could say the same for gaining it. Hope your training is going good Ill be watching bro keep it up!

Ughh Monday! Had an awesome back session this morning.
Pull down machine plate loaded lever Did 2 plates per side up to 5 plates a side then did drop set back down to 2 plates. superset with low cable under hand rows starting with the stack (says 250lbs but who knows) then dropped thode by 25 down to 100lbs
finished with try set of machine rows 250lbs 10 reps then same machine close grip, and hammer row unilateral with 3 plates to failure each time. This was an ass kicker and the intensity was way up!! I was soaked at the end always a good sign!
My diet has changed drastically this week. I got a plan from a trusted mod on here Id love to share but I cant give this secret away lol! Keep it up everyone involved in the challenge the end will be here in no time!

Chest day today! Had a sick workout!!
    flat bench 135x15
    135x15
    225x10
    275x6
    315x3
    135x25
    Incline dumbbell press
    80x15
    100x10
    105x8
    110x8
    120x4
We then dropped the weight to 60 and did three sets of presses and flys superst together.

Seated low cable crossovers 3 holes down on the stack til failure
Then to finish we hit the fly machine and did on massive drop set starting with the stack for 2 then reduce 2 plates do another 2 and so on til the end. It was torture I actually had to lay down it hurt so bad and I never ever do that in the gym! Diet is on track and Im feeling good!

    STAY THE COURSE.

The diet is going to work, just keep stuffing your face with veggies if you get hungry. Diet soda and gum work well to help with sugar cravings also, I would ALWAYS get those at night, bedtime couldn't come soon enough.

I bought a butt load of vit. C after reading about it blunting cortosil, but then never took it as I read somewhere else that normal vit. C dosed that high could lead to heart problems, supposedly you have to buy a special kind.

    Any truth to this?
