How much weight have you dropped? Are you stalling at all?


I've lost 9 lbs and that's after a bad weekend. I haven't stalled yet but my energy is very low. Is that just do to the low carbs? My strength is still going up.
yea low carbs will do that, do you have a carb refeed day? when i was on keto the 2nd half of my workout week was pretty bad until i got my refeed day

D sounds like you are doin well. I can't believe you are loosing weight on sus. I actually was taking it and ending up giving it to my neighbor. Bloated the he'll outta me. Deca works well for me. Can you pm me the brand you are taking?

Today was a great workout!! We wanted to start out focusing on super heavy weight. I want to be as strong as I look lol!

we then moved into the power rack and set the pins so the bar sat around 5-6" from lockout and started adding weight!

these are not full presses by any means but we want to get accustomed to the feeling of very heavy weight and it worked. it hits your outer pecs like nothing ive done before. and the shock to your nervous system is great. I highly reccomend them. I have a video that ill post as soon as I figure out how lol!
We then moved to bb incline press

the last set was brutal as my chest was on fire!! We then finished with pec deck flys
starting with the stack we did 2 reps then moved the pin up 2 plates for 2 more and so on for the rest of the stack increasing the reps by 2 every 3 moves. By the end it felt like my pecs would pop we did this twice. That was a killer workout and felt great to move that kind of weight even if it is only a partial. Diet was great yesterday it will be identical today.


Looks good, pin presses always strain my shoulder for some reason. I prefer floor.


You might need to add some more ECA in there, are you opposed to T3 at all? If not we're going to have to start cutting calories and adding in cardio. How much time do you have left?
What type of rest are you keeping between sets and movements?
It might also be time to add in some metabolic work as well.
We need to help you pick up the pace a little bit.

Not sure I agree. Different anabolics are used for different purposes - cut, bulk etc. Additionally, some will make you retain water more than others. Your metabolic rate and body type/ structure also comes into play. I mean i use to train with these thin Italian guys and they were lean to start. Give them a lil sus and bam they get jacked and remain lean. My body is different.Lots of luck bud going to go crank out another training session. Sus will bulk you and perhaps burn fat but if you are looking to shred look into primo, deca, winny and tren.

Legs
This is the second day of partials we used squats. Starting about 18 inches below lockout. We used the olympic ivanko plates.

These were not full squats but they are vary taxing! Finished with calf sled superset with standing calf raise not sure the weights I think around 450 on the sled and the stack on standing. For three sets to failure. Not a huge workout volume wise but I am very sore already!
Going to increase eca and try and shave a few more calories.


I love partial squats, I think they really make the whole body explode. I like starting the range 6 inches below lockout for my goal and dropping it an inch or two a week until its full ROM. Takes a while but gets you where your going.


You just contradicted yourself. Deca is one of the biggest bloating agents, doesn't that go against your original statement of you're not sure if you can cut on any aas?
FYI - You CAN cut on any AAS, yes some might work a little better than others but the simple fact is DIET is everything. AAS only helps you retain LBM, nothing else. Tren is an exception but it kills your endurance.
Heavyiron also started his cut with anadrol, another "bulking" compound. So it really comes down to diet.
Once you drop injectables the water weight will leave soon after, same with some "bulking" orals. Timing is important, the aas is not.


Cool Ct thanks for the tips , I don't retain water from deca as much a test cyp or perhaps sus. I guess everyone is different. Anyways my diet is on target and the juice is loose.
