I always wondered about dark urine too when cutting up and I always fear it is protein or nitrogen being spent.. aka.. muscle but I am a dumb ass when it comes to understanding all this... so I drink as much water as I can......

Today's work out was super intense. High intensity, cross training and almost puked twice!
Every second and third set were drop sets.
Weighed in at 215.5!! He'll yeah weight is still dropping off.

Meal 5 asparagus, one ear corn 1 chicken fillet grilled
Meal 6 protein and water with half of banana
Tomorrow I will do some legs and focus on chest, shoulders, traps and core.
Putting the prop back in really helped get my muscles back hard again. Hopefully if I dose right it will continue to help me define what I have. Combine that with the win and it is a solid combo. Can't wait to try my tren and thinking of moving it up a week.

Dripping cardio session 2 miles (1 mile jog at 5.5)
Gym closed and I got to work at 7.
I hope to take a top five. Competition is tough but I am shredding nicely.
Also my muscle development will show I will have the fullest muscles, the question is how much shredding can I endure.
3 pounds per week is what I am shooting for and my personal goal is August 9 th.

Hey, I just want to be able to tell people I know those guys, Tox, Hell, NewKid, ..... Tox, you have been hitting it hard and it will pay off. How much shredding can you do? lol.... All depends I have always thought there is a balance between muscle fullness and how much fat you can lose before you start to look boney for most of us.....There is a point of diminishing returns I think....
Shit, I already accepted a few weeks ago I wouldnt be top 5. With Newkid, D, Bwrag, sidney, you and some other sleepers I dont expect it at all. With the time I have had I should have a flat 6 pac by now, but with my diet on the weekends and blah blah blah, Im just not there yet. Still got 6.5 weeks left though for my personal goal.

Hell I got the same issue with the abs. Partially genetic and the weekends kill me as well. I still like to have a few drinks and eat good food.

Meal 5 few pieces of raw broccoli and one nature valley granola
I'm barely eating , feel light headed at times so I gotta pack a lunch bag and ice pack to make sure I have my next snack on deck.
Felt very strong surprisingly today at the gym.
Cutting the prop to 25 mg Ed. Got a bad welt under my skin the other day. Damn EO gets me sometimes. Need to hit the gluts. Next training I will try the cut mix. A bit earlier but f it! I wanna try this mix- like a kid in a candy store!
