    Arrow Dr. Tox's Body Modification

    Well here we go troops. Let the best man or women for that matter win! Pictures will be sent tonight. Anyway here are some details.

    31
    226
    Bf is high ( will try to have a Bod Pod run)
    5"10

    Goals

    Lookin to shred. Currently a 38 waist. Looking to get in a 34-36. Overall, looking to lean out everywhere, especially the belly. Want to be vascular at the end of the challange.

    Diet

    1700 cal mod clean carb
    High to mod protein
    Low fat
    Natural foods and veggies
    Post work out and morning shake
    No eating past 6. Last shake at 10 pm

    Training

    2 body parts per day
    3- 4 times a week training
    Cardio every day with core
    Sunday circuit training session to touch up on parts.

    Certs

    At 22 certified personal trainer
    Currently working my ass of and tryin to get ready for Summer.

    Tired but productive Monday night work out.
    25 min cardio
    25 min core
    45 min bicepts and shoulders.

    Emailed photos tonight. I am official got the paper and all. I wanna see who has the balls to get in spandex at 31 and out of the gyms for 2 years.

    Today was a rest day. Diet was in check
    Meal 1 - protein shake
    Meal 2- 2 hard boiled eggs
    Meal 3- mixed greens with 1/2 can chicken 1 tb mayo
    Meal 4- small chicken breast 1 piece of 12 grain
    Meal 5- small piece of salmon, veggies , 1/2 baked potato, red peppers

    Tomorrow training core, cardio, chest, arms
    Just got some new saucony running shoes. Need a lot of cushion for my ass. Only way to shred is hit the cardio and make sure your research is on point.

    Still looking for a sponsor. Could use protein, pre work out drinks, and cutting supplements!!

    Ok kids here is the update. Weighed in at 225.5 today, yeah I know water fluctuation! Felt super pumped at the gym but calfs and pecs seem to be locking up. I need an inter workout drink. Any recos, can't have too much caffeine and no creatine.

    Ran a mile in 11:13 today. New Saucony felt cushioned
    Worked with 170 on incline smith today. Running all sets to min 10x rep. Really working the burn transferred to a gazillion sets of cable crossovers hitting every direction of the pec. Looking to turn this mush into a steel plate. Wrapped up with tris and core.

    Meal 1 coffee
    Meal 2 yogurt no fat low carb
    Meal 3 tuna no mayo, 1/2 baked pot. And mixed veggies 1/2 cup
    Meal 4 100 cal cheese it's
    Meal 5 3 breakfast sausage links and 2 eggs over easy with one buff chicke roll
    Meal 6 Protein shake

    Shake recipe

    1 cup crystal light ice tea
    Splash of 1% milk
    Ice
    1/2 banana
    1 scoop Body Fortress Whey

    Great to see a bunch of people joining. Seems I will not be the oldest.

    I'll be 35 in July. I wouldve did it but I'm trying to decide if I want to cut for a June Show and the dealine would kinda mess with my goals. Keep up the good work. You're not that old. As much work as you're doing I wouldn't use the term "low fat". How many grams is that for you?

    Not really sure where I am at in terms of fat. I typically keep an eye out for foods that provide good fats. In terms of a split what do you reco ( protein , fat, carbs)? I have been tracking calories protein and carbs, not sure if I should track fat too.

    Also any tips for shredding other than the norm?

    Hey tox if you want a little help counting macros go to FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal its a really easy way to keep track of your macro intake and its really user friendly. Just a suggestion. keep it up bro!

    Rest day. Cheat day as well.
    Meal 1 coffee and half of sausage egg wrap
    Meal 2 fresh spinach and half can tuna no with a little mayo
    Meal 3 granola bar
    Meal 4 half chicken wrap
    Meal 5 chicken wings and half cheese steak

    Well no so bad but I needed to eat today. 2 training sessions left.

    Ok got to the gym late so had to throw an intense session in. Diet was on target sticking to roughly 1700 cal.
    Meal 1 Protein shake
    Meal 2 banana and 100 cal cheese it's
    Meal 3 fresh spinach with beats and turkey on top
    Meal 4 ground turkey fresh mushrooms, steamed broccoli red pepper and onion with half baked potatoe
    Meal 5 protein shake and banana
    Meal 6 ground turkey

    Training
    Squats high reps. 10-15x 3
    Leg ext 10 x3
    Cardio
    Leg lifts

    Have to go back in on Sunday and touch up on hamstrings, calfs, chest, back and arms.
    I always take one day and hit everything again. Keeps me tighter and feelin more jacked.

    Watch out Jersey Shore Crew. Yeah ok so on a real note just went to phase II of research and will keep another log in the appropriate area of Iron Mag! Hint- research .

    I'll weigh in Sunday and post.

    Can barely walk today and had to clean the house. Totally blew out the legs. Diet on target and will train tomorrow. Let's see if I lost any pounds!!

    next time you do legs. ride the stationary bike slow for around 10-15 min after. then on the way home get about 40lbs of ice . and take a ice bath for 10 min. and you will recover 2x-3x faster... but when you take your ice bath get in the cold water then put the ice in... so its not that bad.. you will still scream like a school girl. lol...

    Meal 1 coffee
    Meal 2 cottage cheese and strawberries
    Meal 3 mixed greens with 1 tbs 60 cal dressing
    Meal 4 boiled chicken 12 oz , broccoli, half sweet potatoe
    Meal 5 protein shake with nat peanut butter 1 tbs
    Meal 6 not sure something small

    Glad to see this comp pumping it up.

    I'll weigh in early this week since I will be leaving to south carolina this sat. Will be training there and dieting on vacation. Got a small kitchen in the room.

    Pumped for training tomorrow. Going 3 straight days with abs and cardio every day

    if your able to drink it try to mix some protein for your creamer in your coffee. for meal 1 i make 4 ounces of milk and protein heat it up then put in my coffee.
