I plan on hitting the heavy bag tonight.
Right now I'm sitting 42nd in line at the tag office trying to get tags for my new motorcycle. It looks like they may close before they get to me!


I did get to hit the heavy bag tonight. It's been awhile since I have used it. My stand had rods you can put weights on it to keep it stable. I need more weight! The damn things keeps jumping around and hitting the low ceiling in my basement where an AC vent is. Maybe i'll get some sandbags or something cheap to help hold it down. It's already got about 180lbs on it. I don't use it much because the banging around is loud and when I want to use it the wife and kids are usually asleep.

Lat pulls 10-8-6 heavy
shrugs 4x10 at 135
One arm row 4x10 at 50
One arm preacher curls 4x10 at 40
Treadmill 2 miles
I'm headed to the lake for the weekend, so no workouts Saturday or Sunday. I hate driving clear to my parents camper on the lake, but the kids need to go fishing for the first time.


I hadn't skied in ten years and after a lot of skiing today, I'll count it as a workout!

Two miles on the treadmill today. My diet could have been better today. I had lasagna at lunch instead of the tuna I had planned.


28th: chest/triceps
incline 3x10 at 225
Flys 3x10 (incline,flat,decline) at 70lb
Kickbacks (palm in to palm up) 3x10 at35
Dips: 2x20
Pushdowns: 3x12 heavy
Treadmill: 1.5 miles
29th: rest
Today: darn kids woke up at 5 am. No gym unless I go later.


Shitty week. Third day of the flu today. It was better today, but still not good. No workouts.![]()


Flu is gone. I was a little tired and weak this morning, but I got some work in.
Chest/triceps:
warmup: 2x100 crunches
Bench: 135x10, 225x10, 275x10, 275x8

Hammer strength incline: 3x10 180
Kickbacks: 3x10 at 60
Treadmill: 1 mile


7/6: 2 miles on the treadmill
7/7: Legs. My I woke up with a very sore back. I must have slept wrong. I needed to do legs which is hard to do with a sore back. I just did work on machines, which sucked, but was better than nothing.
7/8: Chest/Triceps. Benches were full, so I tried something else.
Hammer strength bench: at 180lb sets of 15, 12, 10, 8. I wanted all sets of 15, but kept cramping up.
Hammer strength incline: at 180 12, 12, 7, 7....cramps again
Pushdowns
Kickbacks
Dips
2 miles on the treadmill.
My weight has been holding steady. I'm not losing, but I've cheated on my diet a little too due to company and odd work hours.


Rest over the weekend because I felt like crap. Two miles on the treadmill today and still feel like crap. I think the t3 and clen are getting to me.

Final pics have been sent in. I should have focused more on cutting than size/strength. I thought I could do most of the cutting in a month. I've done it before, but life's different now. I should have started earlier and stopped my free for all eating weekends. I just found out my 2yr old has a sleep disorder. That dude doesn't sleep much at all, and keeps me up. That has really affected my early morning workouts lately. He has got up at 3:30 am twice in the last week. Also, I felt like shit the last two weeks, probably caused by clen/t3. I usually tolerate them well, but I just felt like I had the flu all the time. My pair of toddlers and a baby were wearing me out and I started cheating on my diet more and more. It made me feel better, but I stopped dropping weight. I'm still happy with my progress though.
During this process my wife found out I was using gear. I started a little over a year ago and never told her. The good news is that she didn't really mind that was I was on gear, but she was PISSED that I didn't tell her. Now the real problem is that she is very tight with money and I don't see me getting many cycles in now. If I'm sneaky like I have been, I would probably end up single. I was hoping to win this damn thing and spend it all on gear!
