Man i am a beef eater pure bread lol! I eat the fish for fuel not for taste thats basically my philosyphy for dieting. Taste means nothing strictly fuel for the muscle building engine!!

I love me some beef but I try to eat it sparingly while I am cutting or my calories can get out of control real quick! I have a big bag of costco tilipia loins on the freezer I need to break out, low in calories and high in protein....

    Keep it up man!!

238 this morning. When I first started around my belly button was 39.5", today was 35.5". Im not losing much weight but a ton of fat, and getting strong. Yesterday I pulled my left pec slightly had a little brusing but nothing to stress over. Probaly why I couldn't squeeze out the last two reps on 355 on bench
