Been using a westside style training alternating with 531. But switching to tradition BB trainning 3*10.... MY diet sucks right now italin and beer, But will be getting more strick tomorrow. typical day will be as follows
meal 1 2eggs,4 whites, 1cup oats, 1scoop whey
meal 2 1.5 scoops whey, tbsp PB, cup of berries, 1/4 cup oats
meal 3 tuna, fat free mayo,
meal 4 1.5 scoops whey, tbsp PB, cup of berries, 1/4 cup oats
pre workout 20 grams peptopro
post 20 grams peptopro 1 scoop milk isolate
meal 5 6-8 oz some kind of meat, salad w/ olive oil and vinegar
meal 6 1 scoop milk isolate
Diet looks good. You are at 1500 cal? That's what I come up with. Once you start liftin you may have to up the carbs a bit not to pass out. Keep up the good work. Maybe a little Chondrotin and Glucosamine for your joints? Or a warm tub with Epsom salt. Old remedy works.
Haven't lifted in almost 3 weeks everything felt heavy, plus not used to ten reps been in the 3 to 5 range. Felt like I hit a wall from 7 reps and on. I have been doing westside and 531 so this should be a nice switch and easier on the joints
Ohhhh I don't really have a name for them but I know what you mean lol sorry. I don't train obliques because I'm tall and want to preserve as much taper as possible so buildin the muscles on my sides makes my waist look bigger. I think I work them enough during squats and rows.
