This is hell having no internet.

Hi Guys

Weight 196lb
BodyFat% 16% ...Mostly Bloat
Height 5 "10

Workouts are Done by a Strength Coach.
They Change Daily so can't really list it just now.

Diet
Large bowl of whole oats with milk
Fruit
4 whole eggs and 4 slice of wholegrain bread
Glass of milk

Lunch
6oz chicken breast Salad Half a Red Onion
Glass of milk

Dinner
6oz chicken breast 1 cups of brown rice and mixed salad some vegetables
Pre workout
2 scoop reflex 120g
1tbs Extra Virgin Oive oil
1tbs Avacado.

2 Bananna's

Post workout
2 scoop reflex 120g
1tbs Extra Virgin Oive oil
1tbs Avacado.

Last Meal
8oz Of rump steak some carrots and some fruit

Total
calories 4,478
Protein 328.3
Carbs 227.2g
Fats 160g
Drink around 3-4ltr of water.

Don't know if calories are 100%

Diet and Trainning have been crap for a few weeks due to moving...

Goal
No need for any stats just want to look like this

Changed so much since them

Training and diet started this Monday.
Thints have been going fantastic.
Looking at my goal i know will never achive that size in 3 month but will try.
Also going to get myself and ass to win retlaws vote
