    Hey girlie,

I'm doing great and still hanging in there with the diet and workouts. With the exception of today (I gave myself the day off from doing any cardio) my body just feels so exhausted from it all... I literally need to take at least one nap everyday... there have been days when I've been taking two! I'm happy though with the results I'm starting to see for myself, just wish the competition was'nt already coming to an end so soon.

Gotta get back in here to continue the updating...

Yes and good for you for taking care of yourself and listening and honoring your body! I wish the comp was not ending as well but it did give me some good momentum to keep pushing forward!

u r doing great!!!!! and ya, I've been needing a nap daily too and I pass out.... I am thinking of all this more as a journey athan a destination..... I dont have to go at super sonic speed all the time but I ought to show up to maintain the lifestyle....

less than a week to go, guess this is a week of reflection for many.

See you at the finish line!

Thanks for the kind words you guys and for sticking with me through this to the end. I know I did'nt post these last few weeks but that does'nt mean I was'nt kicking it hard in the gym. As far as the transformation goes, well for me it's still gonna be a work in progress until I reach my goal. Like many of you here, I'm going to continue this journey by continuing to work hard at making a physical change while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Many of you guys have been a valuable source of inspiration and motivation and for that I want to thank you all. I'm very proud of each and every one of us that have stuck this out to the end. In my eyes, we're ALL winners in this. I wish everyone much continued success on your physical endeavors.
