    its been a while since i updated my post guys but i'm finally finished all my exams!

    well, i Still have been working my butt of in the gym, last time I weighed in @ 188 & about 3 weeks later I weighed in at 193 (Today), I seemed to have stayed the same body fat & my lifts on the big 3 have went up tremendously. 20 on my bench, 20 on my deadlift & 30 on my squat =D

    anyways, today I'm going to be working out my shoulders & triceps with the help of my new jack3d that I bought from GNC the other day. lets hope this works !

    went to hit the shoulders & triceps today for about 75 minutes

    shoulders:
    Dumbell Shoulder Press x 2 - 70lbs
    Standing Military Press x4 - 150lbs
    Side Dumbell Lateral Raise x3 - 35lbs
    Rear Delt Peck Deck x4 - 3 stacks

    Triceps:
    EZ bar SkullCrusher W/ Spot x3 - 115lbs
    CGBP x3 - 200lbs
    Weighted Dips x3 - 45lb Plate + BW
    Tricep Push-Down x2 - 8 Stacks

    Current Measurements - may.11.2011
    Forearms - 13 1/2 Inches
    Biceps - 16 Inches
    Quads - 24 1/2 Inches
    Calves - 16 Inches
    Shoulders - 51 Inches
    Chest - 43 Inches
    Waist - 33
    Hips - 35 Inches

    sorry guys I haven't been able to keep you guys posted, I've been busy with school however I've still stuck to my workout routine & diet 100% . will post up pictures in a minute.

    Here are some pictures I took after my back workout, weighing in @ 207 13-14% bodyfat? My goal was to be @ 200Lbs, but as you can see I already surpassed it, so as of now my new goal from now on is to reach 220 while maintaining bodyfat

    & here are my measurements

    Current Measurements - may.31.2011
    Forearms - 14 Inches
    Biceps - 16 Inches
    Quads - 24 1/2 Inches
    Calves - 16 Inches
    Shoulders - 52 Inches
    Chest - 44 Inches
    Waist - 34
    Hips - 35 Inches

    today was shoulders/triceps - here is the workout, Every set ranging from 5-8 reps


    dumbell press - 3 sets - 80 lbs
    seated barbell military press - 3 sets - 180 lbs
    Side Lateral Raise - 3 sets - 30 lbs
    Rear Delt Pec Deck machine - 5 sets - 5 stacks?

    EZ bar Skullcrusher - 4 sets 115 lbs
    CGBP - 4 sets - 4 plates
    Weighted Bench Dips - 2 Plates
