Side Dumbell Lateral Raise x3 - 35lbs
Rear Delt Peck Deck x4 - 3 stacks
Triceps:
EZ bar SkullCrusher W/ Spot x3 - 115lbs
CGBP x3 - 200lbs
Weighted Dips x3 - 45lb Plate + BW
Tricep Push-Down x2 - 8 Stacks
