    Name's J.R. & I'm here to win number one baby! I was already planning to start a 3 month journey this week. & when I saw this contest I was like Fvck YEAH! other than muscle gain's. what's a better motivation than money?

    Goal - Bulk up to 200 Pounds with VERY minimal fat-gains

    Arms - 15 1/2"
    Waist - 32"

    Routine -
    I will be using a 4 Day split working out 5 days a week. I plan on staying VERY consistent not even skipping one gym session. To mix things up I plan on rotating my rep's lifting for strength (4-6) one week & the next for hypertrophy (7-10 Reps). I will repeat this throughout the whole cycle while aiming to increase the poundage's by at least 5 pounds on Dead-Lift & squat & 2.5lb on My bench.

    Split -
    1 - Chest & Calves
    2 - Back & Traps
    3 - REST
    4 - Shoulders & Triceps
    5 - Legs & Biceps
    6 - REST & REPEAT

    Diet -
    Since I still live with my parents I really don't have to worry about eating dirty food since EVERY single dish my dad makes is clean to the MAX, he used to be a bodybuilder back in the day & now that he's getting old hes getting very paranoid about losing all his muscle (he's a whopping 240 pounds with 19 Inch Biceps! @ hes 53 Years old!)

    I'll aim to eat 4000 calories split 6 times a day (not including shakes *morning & post workout* )
    - 200+ grams of protein
    - High carbs & Moderate fats

    I'll be starting my routine tomorrow & since I told my father about the prizes & free gear that could be won, my pops will be there to guide & push me every step of the way ;D

    Don't worry that'll be me in a year or so, I'll be attending my first year in college isolated from my lovely parents but yeah man my dads the best, hes the shiet! even though he's just looking for some free gear it's all gravy baby ;D

    well yeah, yesterday I had a very intense strength (4-6) workout, started my routine with Legs & Biceps. Today I can barely even walk or extend my arm without my muscles crying in pain. (Good pain ofcourse)


    *REPS range from 4-6*
    Squats x 5 - *Pyramid sets* starting from 300lb - 350lb
    Leg Press x 5 - 7 Plates Each side
    Lunges Across Gym - With 120 lb barbell on shoulders
    Front Squats x 4 - 300Lbs

    Seated Dumbell Curls x 3 - 45lbs
    Heavy Cheat Curls x 3 - 120 Pounds
    Spider Curl x 3 - 90 Pounds
    Concentration Curl x2 - 40 Pounds


    DIET consisted of 6 BIG meals split 3 hours apart. Consisted of sushi, tons of brown rice, some fish, chicken breast, vegetables & some various asian dishes. Will begin to start writing a more organized list of what I ate today before I go to bed.


    & Since I never included this is my first post & I can't really edit them anymore here are my Compound LIFTS!! 1 rep max

    Bench - 250
    Squat - 360
    Dead - 405
    Military Press - 140

    *8 Reps on ALL sets*
    Squats x 5 starting from - 320 lbs
    Leg Press x 4 - 6 Plates Each side

    Finished my last meal just a few minutes ago. Meals consisted of
    Fish, Rice & Avocado For Meal 1 & 2
    Plenty of California Rolls & Avocado Shake For Meal 3 & 4
    Chicken Breast, White Rice Meal 5 & 6

    Protein shakes taken Morning & post-workout

    = guesstimate of about 4000 Calories

    thanks bro. i just recently finished my 6 month cut from 220 30% BF to an almost lean 180 14%. Sick & tired of all this cutting so now it's time to get big! this time without all the fat .. lol

    about to head to the gym to bang out chest & calves & since its been a week, i'll find out the digits

    anyways i js finished breakfast & went to go eat some vietnamese Pho. probably not the best thing to eat but whatevs. it was without a doubt the best thing i ate all month ! mmmmm.

    & anyways came back from the gym. brutal session. Went to hit back & traps.

    Wide Grip Pullups x4
    Assisted V-Bar Pulldown x4
    Yates Rows x2
    Machine Cable Rows x2
    T-Bar Rows x2
    Deadlifts x5

    Dumbell Shrugs x5

    Weighed in today @ 188, gained 3 pounds in a span of a week . arms seem alot fuller, back is more thick & rear delts seem to be popping out more. can't wait to see myself @ the end of the cycle ! woot! Were almost there guys! ;D

    anwyays Yesterday I wasn't able to record my log for yesterday, been studying all day for my midterm. However, I was still able to hit the gym. Worked out my Abs & forearms & ran cardio HIIT for 30 Minutes. Intervals of 30 second sprints & 30 second walks @ 10MPR & 3 MPR. Literally walked out the gym DRIPPING in sweat, I practically stank up the whole treadmill area lol. Well, I'm going to head to the gym again today & bang out Chest & Calves. BRB!

    I get the coochie regardless...

    anyways. gym session was fvcking brutal. chest is so sore that the slightest touch hurts like a bish! sall good, love the feeling! I won't get into to much detail, but I did about 5 sets on Incline Bench, Flat, flyes & weighted chest dips. 6-8 reps. for calves I did basic workouts such as standing calf raises on smith machine, seated calf raises & the calf machine. 10 sets

    On to the diet..
    Meal 1 - 2 scoops of whey Protein blended w/ avocado, mango & banana
    Meal 2 - 4 Eggs, bowl of oatmeal & tall glass of milk
    Meal 3 - 4 Beef back ribs, mini tomatoes with white & brown rice on the side. + tall glass
    of milk
    Meal 4 - Post Workout Protein shake with avocado, banana, 2 cups oats & 3 tblspoons of PB
    Meal 5 - 10-12 California Rolls & Chicken breast on the side. + tall glass of milk


    Tomorrow is Back & Traps, will make sure to hit the traps big time since those seem to be lacking alot.. & on the back I'll try something different & go ahead with the rackpulls to try & up my strength.
    Total Guesstimate of cals - 4000

    just finished my last meal & ready to update my log. I'm pretty sure noone wants to read a long ass list of my workout & diet so i'll keep it short.

    Today was Back & Traps, starting off with 5 sets of each excercise : weighted wide grip pullups, assisted v-bar pull downs, T-bar rows & 5 sets of both rack pulls & deadlifts. Was a brutal day, added another 10 pounds to my deadlift which is fanfuckingtabulous! Oh yeah I watched dorian yates blood & guts & dayum are his workouts tough, I tried to mathc his style by going to failure on each set & did a pretty good job. All i know is that tommorow is gonna be a bitch for my lower back ='( lol

    diet - nothing special, basically ate costcos pre-cooked chicken breast & white rice the whole day. but in very large portions. Also 3 homemade weight gainers consisting of 3 scoops of PB, half an avocado, 3 cups of milk & 2 bananas. estimate of a total 3700 calories today.

    & BTW! I gained another pound this week =D, since i'm probably going to gain alot of fat during this bulk i've decided to bulk for 2 months & cut down for the 3rd.
