Routine -
I will be using a 4 Day split working out 5 days a week. I plan on staying VERY consistent not even skipping one gym session. To mix things up I plan on rotating my rep's lifting for strength (4-6) one week & the next for hypertrophy (7-10 Reps). I will repeat this throughout the whole cycle while aiming to increase the poundage's by at least 5 pounds on Dead-Lift & squat & 2.5lb on My bench.
Split -
1 - Chest & Calves
2 - Back & Traps
3 - REST
4 - Shoulders & Triceps
5 - Legs & Biceps
6 - REST & REPEAT
Diet -
Since I still live with my parentsI really don't have to worry about eating dirty food since EVERY single dish my dad makes is clean to the MAX, he used to be a bodybuilder back in the day & now that he's getting old hes getting very paranoid about losing all his muscle (he's a whopping 240 pounds with 19 Inch Biceps! @ hes 53 Years old!)
I'll aim to eat 4000 calories split 6 times a day (not including shakes *morning & post workout* )
- 200+ grams of protein
- High carbs & Moderate fats
I'll be starting my routine tomorrow & since I told my father about the prizes & free gear that could be won, my pops will be there to guide & push me every step of the way ;D

My wife cooks and trying to get her to feed me properly is hard sometimes, "when I say no starch, i wasnt talking about my shirts". I am going to try the avocado trick, she loves avocados... (thanks )
