    Been busy and may not log in as often...schol etc
    But I started lyle mcdonalds PMSF yesterday and will try to stick to it best I can for 4 weeks. I am category three bordering two so well see how the numbers look in two weeks.
    Doing Standard full body workout 3 days a week.

    Tuesdays Workout was
    squats
    Deadlift
    Overhead press
    Leg press
    Cable row
    Flat DB Press
    So far lost 8 lbs "weight" probably mostly water but it makes me smile...

    No workout wednesday .
    I am following Lyles recommendations / rules strictly to workout 2-3 days a week.
    So far so good. not yet hit any hunger pangs big time.

    may 20 work out
    squats
    rack pulls Built`s bgb 9 lbs 8 reps, 145lbs 6 reps, 155lbs 2 sets reps never done these b4 gr8
    op 65 lbs 8 8 8
    db press 30 lb dbs 10 10 10 ss w curls 25lbs 6 6 6
    leg press 195 lb 10 8 8
    wlaked fo twenty minutes
    start BGB on Sunday may back the weight to 140 to see the 155 was a little form shattering
    had free meal as prescribed by lyle who knew a ham sandwich could taste soooo good

    today is day one BGB Back Chest and calves ... maybe bike ... not sure about the bike. but being couped up indoors all day may make me crazy

    I'm still around been really busy and not getting time to work out as much as I would like. When is the end? there's no end I know but for this competition?
