I am up another lb, making it a total of 15 lbs in three weeks. I added in ECA the last few days and it helped me lose some water weight making me look more ripped. I have started a low dose of arimidex eod to keep the bloat down as well.

The sciroxx is amazing stuff. I have a week left of dbols so I'll make the best of them before switching over to some anavar to really focus on my cuts while making more lean muscle/strength gains.

yea i think ive been losing some fat with my cals and carbs at this level still, but just need to make sure im in tip top shape in my flip flops (lil wayne) for the contest lol

I will post up some progress pics in a week or two so I can get some feedback on my fat loss and see where my diet needs to go. I kinda adjust weekly on how I feel.

Today was a great workout. I am adding more weight so pull ups are pretty hard to do. I can get 8-10 but the inside of my forearms hurt a little. Anyways, I got PR's on rows and deadlifts today. The weight is starting to feel much lighter! Yea BUDDY!

Vid of first set rows 225 for 10

nice vid bro I gotta get on that shit. 495 deads are fucken serious business. I used to do them but I let my form slip once and tore every muscle on my left side from the ball of my foot to my trap, I couldnt walk for 2 days so I quit doing them. Luckily Ive managed to build a decent back without but man I wiss that feeling. Keep it up bro. Show themm clowns how its done!!

You aren't too far off, 600 pounds would be a huge milestone. 99% of people will never lift that much. How long have you been training?

I would say ive been lifting for about 6-7 years without knowing much, started eating healthy maybe for last 3 years, started training correctly last 1-2 years, and actually started counted my cals/macros the last year. Its been a gradually progression for me with its ups, downs, and few periods of no lifting lol the max I got on deads was 515 for one but i think i can beat that wit reps now. Stay Tuned!

Haha the only other guys Ive seen deadlift have done 375 for one and 405 for one. The one 405 guys like some 40 year old dude on TRT for too long and really slams the weight so when he sees me hit it for 10 he's pissed lol

I hit 275 for 6 incline bench without needing help on number six which is a pr for me. I may have to do flat bench first to get some PR's on there. I got some vids i'll post up of incline, flat, and some weighted dips. I also took a pic to check out my abs. I got a week left of dbols starting after tuesday so i think swithchin off them onto var will help a great deal to cut up.

I know you didn't ask for advice but I noticed you are stopping about 3 inches short on those inclines and a little bit on flat bench. You should be touching your chest or you will have undeveloped strength in the lower part of the movement. Plus a full range of motion recruits more muscle fibers and will make you bigger faster. The dips looked good though.

thanks for the critique, i just try to take a wider grip on bench and stop short of my chest to keep my chest tense and alleviate some shoulder pain.. it also keeps me from bounchin off my chest.. the people on cm have gave some advice on this and seems to work for me

You hurt your shoulder going heavy or something? Do you warm up your rotators cuffs before you do pressing movements? I find it helps a lot to do some of these before I bench. Loosens up my shoulders but I don't have an injury.

got a guy at our gym who was doing seated military presses and behind the neck presses but he also stopped when arms were parallel to ground, short. Is this a trend or maybe to prevent injury at the extreme stretch?
