Yeah, that's kind of what I feel like.

I was stuck at around 191 pounds for a few weeks, and then after I "gave up" on this transformation, things started moving again. I got so tied up in major car repairs (mine first, and now my wife's, on which I am doing a total engine transplant) that I was too tired to go to the gym much, and didn't watch my diet all that closely.

But I'm now around 185 pounds.

Lesson? Never underestimate the horrible effects of a sedentary day job. Just moving, working physically all day, is dramatically different for your body than sitting in that damned cubicle for nine solid hours. I'm still kind of amazed.

I'm thinking of publishing a pamphlet on home car repair, entitled: Twelve Hour Full-Body Workout. LOL

Getting read to limp across the finish line.

Well, I cannot say that I am happy with my results for this Transformation, overall. But, consdering the external pressures I have been facing during this time, I will declare success. I'm about 13-14 pounds down from the start, and look a lot tighter. Given what has happened in my life since then, I'm lucky not to be up 10 pounds!

Getting ready to snap some photos later this week.

you nkow full well the personal chalenges you had and in a perfect world, ya, you can find room to have done differently but still, in your world, what you ahve accomplished probably took more effort and determination and for that, you should be very happy.....

I almost dropped off once over life drama but I was determined to limp across line.... at least I was going to not be a quitter if I had anything to say about it... and I am actually happy I didnt quit.... taught me something about perseverence... Finish the race... its onlyu a few more days.... and then we can have a toast ....

    Photos taken and sent.

Well, I took my "After" photos and emailed them in.

I'm not where I had hoped to be on July 15, but I'm better than when I started. I have a lot of transforming yet to accomplish.

I just posted this quote on FaceBook. It synopsizes how I feel about bodybuilding:

It has never been my goal to make bodybuilding popular, loved, or accepted by the average person. The average person is disgusted by any good bodybuilder.

My goal has ever been, by the grace of God, to make my body worthy of eliciting that same disgust from the average man which he accords to the bodybuilder.

the average guy would do it if it was easy! I think they are more envious than diguisted by a guy wo weighs probably he same as they do but loaded in muscle instead of fat.

Great job taking this to the end! Congratulations....
