40 minutes interval treadmill
2 supersets of chins and dips
2 dropsets of bicep curls
Diet:
2 x Whey and Water
Tuna and 3 eggs and some light soy milk for lunch
2 Turkey Burgers and green beans for Dinner
Seems like Im missing something but guess not...

3 x EC stack
12.5mg Sciroxx Aromasin
Multi, Glucosamine, B-complex, 4.8 mg fish oil, Milk Thistle, Alpha-Lipoic Acid
Leaving tomorrow for a 3 day weekend, fuck yea!! Just gotta keep my diet in check.......
