I've noticed it seems like a lot of people in here basically just need to get rid of some love handles and put on a little size which is very realistic in 90 days. I think we are going to have a lot of shockers in the final pics. You look like you're kicking ass with those workouts!

I had 6 raw cashews a few minutes ago and yesterday two Slim Jims - no idea on calorie count, but there were only 2g carbs total for my junk food moment. I'll have to follow your example and keep my eye out for pork rinds at zero carbs!
