    Your a beast, Hell! Looking great on your lifts for sure. I was mulling over maybe trying some Tren Ace in a later cycle to compliment what I already have in the one that i am on - heard allot of good things of tren.

    I've noticed it seems like a lot of people in here basically just need to get rid of some love handles and put on a little size which is very realistic in 90 days. I think we are going to have a lot of shockers in the final pics. You look like you're kicking ass with those workouts!

    Thanks man! This my first run with Tren and im in love. I cant see myself blasting without it really. Just start your dose mild and see how the well your body responds to the sides. Its awesome!!

    I agree. When I started my bulk back in November I was a decently lean 183 with no love handles. When I finished the bulk in february, I was 230 and got the handles back. But my strength and everything skyrocketed. There is a good difference in my appearance in the past 30 days with the 10lb drop. Im coming hard for the win, 2 more months!!

    Yea, Thanks man!! I will be posting some progress pics here in a couple weeks or whenever we are supposed too. I saw yours the other day and it looks like your killing it. Gonna have to step up my game!!

    5/12 - 5/15 off
    Had a family celebration and cant say my diet was spot on by any means. Each day I definitely indulged in some cake or ice cream or something delicious. Today after I got home I had a Steak-N-Shake Triple Cheeseburger, FF's, and a shake. Was god-damn delicious!!
    After 4 days off my body feels rested and my shoulder feels good. Gonna be back at it hard-core style the next 4 days straight.

    Upped my dose of cut mix today to 1.5cc's so:
    DP Cut Mix 1.5cc (75mg Test Prop, 75mg Mast Prop, 75mg Tren Ace)
    75mg Sciroxx Test E

    Twas a good long weekend!

    Yep, 1.5 ed along with the little extra test e ed. Yea, I originally had 4 vials of the cut mix and will be breaking into my 2nd tomorrow. After the these 4 are gone I will go back to making my own mix with the tren, mast and test. Then after the tren is all gone I will probably be switching over to npp. This is my first run with tren and mast and all I can say is I love them both. Strength increases while being in a calorie deficit is awesome!! And ed my arms get a little more vascular....Still got a ways to go though till I am happy but loving it so far!!

    Are you blast and cruising, or are you planning to come off at some point and run a PCT? Seems like there wasn't much time between this cycle and your last log.

    There is no PCT. You blast with your high doses and compounds and then after you cruise on a semi low dose of Test like 200-250mg a week in between blasts.

    5/16

    First day back after 4 days off.

    Chest Day

    I usually have some decent pain in my left shoulder on chest day but after total days off it felt good and rested. BUT after i put some decent load on the bar it worse, way more than usual. Had to cut my presses short and now I think Im gonna have to change something up. My first though was to swith over to NPP from tren and hope that would help but im not sure. Probably just gonna have to lay off the "heavy" stuff and up my reps to 12 or so.

    bar x 20
    135 x 10
    225 x 7
    275 x 6 - Slight discomfort but nothing out of the usual
    315 x 1 - After the first one it was hurting like a bitch and there was no way I could do anymore even though 2 weeks ago I got 325 x 4 with no problem.

    Incline DB's
    85lbs x 8
    95lbs x 5 and had to stop because of the pain

    Different angle cables x 4

    Dips were in no way happening

    30 minutes on the treadmill upping the incline 1 degree every 1 minute

    Diet:
    2 x Whey and Water
    Hamburger patty and 1 egg white for lunch
    Edit: Forgot 1/2 bag of hot and spicy pork rinds = 40 calories and 0 carbs - Nice and crunchy too
    Chicken before gym
    1 RTD Pure Protein leaving the gym
    Chicken a couple hours later
    Over a gallon of water

    DP Cut Mix 1.5cc (75mg Test Prop, 75mg Mast Prop, 75mg Tren Ace)
    75mg Sciroxx Test E
    3 x EC stack
    12.5mg Sciroxx Aromasin
    Multi, Glucosamine, B-complex, 4.6 mg fish oil

    Any feedback on my shoulder pain is appreciated. I think just lowering the weight some and doing sets of 12 instead 5/3/1 will hopefully help it out.

    NPP will do the trick! I have a bad shoulder, bad knee, bad IT band in quad, and had two broken collar bones. The Nandrolones really remove that pain after 2-3 weeks. Also I feel the peptides do a great job in repairing muscle fibers as well as damaged ligaments.

    Short term ice that thing and take some aspirin to bring down inflammation in the joint. Speaking of joints one of those too!

    That's what the Doctor is serving tonight!

    Yea, I have read the NPP will help mask it. I was planning on running my cut mixes and tren till I run out after another month or so cause I love the way it makes me feel and how it is working. Then switching over to the npp when the tren is all gone.My shoulder hurt like a bitch last night, kept waking me up. Just not sure....

    Something I have found to be a god send as far as shoulder pain goes is fish oil I'm taking 14 caps a day and have zero joint issues it works great! I've recommended it to a few guys I know and now they swear by it. It's cheap and you can run it non stop. Just my opinion.

    I take 4 fish oils a day equaling 4.8 grams. The pain is different this time, its usually just sore for 24 hours after chest day but it is actual pain all last night and today.

    I was taking it at 4g a day but when I went to 14g that's when I really noticed the joint lubrication and a ton of fat being metabolized

    Paid $21.19 for 300 softgels. They're 1200 mg per softgel also, but I'm confused about the Omega-3 fatty acids. The bottle here lists a serving size of 2 softgels which provides 360 mg EPA, 240 mg DHA, and 120 mg other Omega-3's.

    haHA I had 6 raw cashews a few minutes ago and yesterday two Slim Jims - no idea on calorie count, but there were only 2g carbs total for my junk food moment. I'll have to follow your example and keep my eye out for pork rinds at zero carbs!
