    Yea man, you and me both!! By using the new treadmills up at golds that can do the crazy incline and increasing it 1 degree every 1 minute, it keeps me more of thinking about the next 1 minute than the 16 minutes till im done. And it definitely gets my heart-rate up there.

    Pork grinds are a crunchy zero carb snack. Tons of sodium but what the hell.
    I still haven't gotten my omega fish oil.

    Curt I think on your bottle they are listing other molecules where the omegas are derived from. Vitamin shop sells standardized fish oil. Could also be a purity thing. Ha ha Giant- you PA boy!!!

    I will pick mine up at WalMart tomorrow and report in what the label says. No wonder D is ripping. Those damn fish oil caps!!

    Also a tip keep them in the fridge. Less burps if they don't have the coating!

    so basically, what I am getting i this: you have to use fish oils.. not flax seed or any other version to get what you need but fish oils.... and take a shit load of them...

    I was taking a lot of fishoil last year. And I keep smelling this weird mildew smell. I though I wasnt washing my towels good enough, but turns out if you take to much what your body dosnt use is excreted through your skin. Took about 2 weeks to go away after I quit taking them.

    205lb still - I think my family weekend celebration slowed me down

    Arms

    Blasted my bi's and tri's for 35 minutes - Lots of super-sets and drop-sets

    Finished with 3 sets of dips and chins - My shoulder has still been sore but luckily it felt ok enough and I was able to do dips!!

    20 minutes on the treadmill - Heart-rate was 141 when I got on and since I only had time for 20 minutes I jumped the incline up to 15 degrees and raised it 1 degree every 1 minute and ended at 30 degree incline @ 2.2mph

    Diet:
    2 x Whey and Water
    Chicken for lunch
    2 Peanut M&M's
    1 bag of hot and spicy pork rinds = 80 calories and 0 carbs
    2 Turkey burgers before gym = 400 calories and 75 g's protein
    Pure Protein RTD leaving the gym
    1 1/2 scoops protein sludge 3 hours later
    Over a gallon of water

    DP Cut Mix 1.5cc (75mg Test Prop, 75mg Mast Prop, 75mg Tren Ace)
    75mg Sciroxx Test E
    3 x EC stack
    12.5mg Sciroxx Aromasin
    Multi, Glucosamine, B-complex, 4.8 mg fish oil

    Had to talk myself into the gym, just didnt have any energy. Contemplated taking the night off but Ill be taking tomorrow off so I went. Was gonna do shoulders but after warming up it still felt sore and there is no reason to push it. Changed to a deads night. Still didnt have much energy so I just pushed thru it, kept a pretty high pace, just not as intense and heavy as usual.

    Deads:
    135 x 10
    185 x 8
    225 x 5
    275 x 4
    315 x 4

    Rack Pulls:
    365 x 4
    365 x 4

    T Bar rows:
    2 plates
    3 sets x 10-12 reps

    3 supersets of dips and chins but took it easy on dips

    Treadmill - Lasted an entire 6 minutes before I said "Fuck it...."

    Diet:
    2 x Whey and Water
    Tuna and 1 egg for lunch
    2 small dove chocolates
    1 bag of hot and spicy pork rinds = 80 calories and 0 carbs
    1 Turkey burgers before gym = 200 calories and 35 g's protein
    1 Turkey Burger an hour later = 200 calories and 35 g's protein
    Cottage cheese and pb later
    Over a gallon of water

    I was just going to a mexican restaurant and indulging in some chips and salsa, a tortilla or 2 and some beans. Nothing overboard and it was working great. Im sure I will just go back to doinh the same.

    Luckily it doesnt seem that bad now but I had some serious pain for a couple days. Just gonna give it a little more rest and change up my chest workout and I should be good. Just dont think I will be doing any more barbell sets of 5/3/1 for a while, gonna take it down a little bit in weight and do sets of 12 and go from there.

    Tonight is my cheat/carb up meal but my boss brought in 3 dozen donuts and I have already put 3 down. I have a serious weakness for anything chocolate especially donuts!!

    These are just my opinions so don't think I'm telling you what to do but two things that helped me when my shoulder was fucked were.
    Train the living shit outa front delts you wont overtrain them they are so important in almost every lift.
    Two I'd try playing with your grip on presses wider or narrower as you get stronger hand position should change a bit. Your muscles are bigger and take more real-estate so what didn't pinch or pull before might now. These are just things that worked for me. You ate similar in build and shape to me so I can relate.

    5/20 - 5/22

    Well I can say that my diet friday thru sunday was not good....lol.........
    6 donuts were consumed between 9-5 on friday but goddamn they were all delicious!! Off day....

    Saturday was shoulders. My shoulder felt alright but I just stuck with 5 sets of 8 on shoulder press with 135lbs. 3 sets of rear dealt flys and thru in some arms and 20 minutes of cardio. Saturday night was then red lobster with quite a few of those delicious rolls and then at least a pint of ice cream later.

    Today: My day started with a donut, then 2 eggs, then a bowl of left over red lobster shrimp, then ice cream.......All within an hours time.........Triple cheeseburger and fries for lunch........Off day...

    Gonna be back on track this week for sure! Stocked up on chicken, tilipia, turkey burgers & protein......

    Twas a good weekend!!

    Yes it was all delicious but I did go waayyy overboard...Cant change that now though, just tighten the belt for here on out!....I will have my pics up this weekend.....Not sure if im ready but they should be better for sure!

    Chest Day
    Last week on this day is when I tweaked my shoulder so I was a bit worried about it. After warming up with the bar, 135, & 185 I decided to just stick with 5 sets of 225 for 8-12 reps. It was a little sore during the sets but I didnt want to push it too hard and re-tweak it again

    225lbs x 8-12 reps for 5 sets

    By this time I was already short on time and decided to just finish with dips and chins and not push it with some incline.

    3 supersets of Dips and Chins to failure - Dips felt good and not too much discomfort

    Diet:
    3 x Whey and Water
    Small can of Tuna for lunch - 120 calories
    1/4 bag of hot and spicy pork rinds
    Chicken for dinner before gym
    Cottage cheese and 1 tbs pb later
    Over a gallon of water

    DP Cut Mix 1.5cc (75mg Test Prop, 75mg Mast Prop, 75mg Tren Ace)
    75mg DP Test C
    3 x EC stack
    12.5mg Sciroxx Aromasin
    Multi, Glucosamine, B-complex, 4.8 mg fish oil

    I wont be going out of town for at least 2 weeks so my diet will be on point even during the weekends......

    Yea, I didnt eat much today but I ate soo much over the weekend my body just didnt feel hungry at all. The way I see it, our bodys dont know a 24 hr time frame so with me putting in all those calories from friday thru sunday my body just didnt need a whole lot today therefore I wasnt really that hungry. Still got in at least 150 g's of protein in today though...

    Pumps are great!! Im loving every minute of the tren! I will continue with the ed pins, probably thru September when I go on vacation. I am gonna finish off my cut mixes, then go back to making my own mixes of test/tren/mast and then if those run out, im gonna break out the 8 vials of DP NPP to mix it up.....

    Yep, Im gonna be tight on my diet for sure, got 7 weeks to trim this shit down and get into excellent looking shape. And it will help that im not going out of town for the next few weeks, therefore I should do fine on the diet on the weekends instead of the mass consumptions of ice cream and etc I have been inhaling on the weekends.....

    Had a nice and rare short day at work so I got to the gym way early today. Contemplated having a carb up meal but decided to have it tomorrow evening instead and do deads then. Also, was going thru my stash box to find another vial of cut-mix and saw my DP Winny Tabs; Thought what the hell and decided to add in 50mg ed for these last 7 weeks.

    Arms:
    Blasted Bi's and Tri's with lots of super-sets, drop-sets and giant-sets. Had a ridiculous pump.

    Edit: My shoulder has been feeling pretty good so I went ahead finished with weighted dips, 50lbs, and chins super-set x 3.

    35 minutes of steep incline treadmill. Wore me the funk out!!

    Diet so far:
    1 x Whey and Water
    Burger Patty wrapped with a piece of bacon for lunch b4 gym
    Can of Tuna and 2 eggs after gym
    Probably a little chicken later then some cottage cheese before bed
    Over a gallon of water

    DP Cut Mix 1.5cc (75mg Test Prop, 75mg Mast Prop, 75mg Tren Ace)
    75mg DP Test C
    50mg DP Winny Tab
    2 x EC stack
    12.5mg Sciroxx Aromasin
    Multi, Glucosamine, B-complex, 4.8 mg fish oil
