    My short term goal for this competition is a full-body recomp. I put on alot of weight during my bulk and now I want strip away the extra fat to see what I am truly working with. I want to get leaner than I ever have in my life. My pics look shitty as I just look fat in them but I guess that works in my way favor for this competition.

    Chest Day
    Flat Bench 5/3/1
    265 x 5
    295 x 3
    315 x 1 but got 3 - If I would have had a spot I probably could have got 4
    225 x 8
    225 x 6

    3 super-sets to failure of Dips and Chin-ups

    3 Sets of Cable Flys

    15 minutes on the treadmill

    Diet wasnt very good today. More shakes than usual

    7am - 3 egg whites
    10:30 - 2 Scoops whey & water - 260 cal's & 46 g's of protein
    12:30 - 3 scrambled eggs
    2:30 - 2 Scoops whey & water
    4:45 - 2 scoops whey and water
    5:30 - Some roasted chicken - Didn't weight
    6 - Gym
    7:15 - Pure Protein shake from gym - Banana flavored and delicious
    9:30 - .72lbs of beef brisket bar b q - De-Fing-licious

    Today was an off day from the gym, Ive been the past 5 days straight.

    Diet is still off....

    7am - 1 Hard-boiled egg and 2 egg whites
    10:30- 2 scoops whey and water
    11:30- 1 hardboiled egg and 2 egg whites
    1pm - 4 scrambled eggs
    3:30 - 2 scoops whey and water
    6pm - Mixed fajita plate with just a few chips and salsa (one of my weaknesses)
    11pm - 1 serving cottage cheese and 2tbs peanut butter

    1 1/2 gallons of water, multi-vit, b-complex, 3.5 grams fish oil, glucosamine - all daily

    try not to make a habit of scaling in everyday,,i try and weigh everycouple of weeks,,,it seems when you scale everyday or everyother day it can kinda hinder your motivation,,just an opinion..

    Had to talk myself into the gym today. Ended up just having an arm day for the first time in a while. Blasted my bi's and tri's real well. Finished off with 3 super-sets to failure of dips and chins....Then 15 minutes on the treadmill...

    Twas a good day overall!!

    Thanks man, Right around 2000 cal's but I haven't counted really since I started these past couple weeks. It took awhile to get used to eating less and less. I had to take it a little slow to get down from 4k+ calories a day like I was for that 3 month bulk. Im gonna get it on point this coming week for sure!

    Hello all!! Hope everybody had a good day....

    My work went by decent, nice and easy, just like I like it.

    Anyways I had a training partner tonight which is rare for me and he wanted to do chest so I said why not even though it was squat day.

    Flat Bench
    My 5 rep day of 5/3/1 program
    Work Sets:
    265 x 5
    275 x 5
    315 x 4.5 (My chart had me at 295 but I was feeling good)
    265 x 4
    225 x failure
    135 x failure

    3 Sets of Hammer Strength Incline to failure with 2 plates on each side
    3 Supersets of different angle cable flys
    3 Sets of Dips to failure
    1 set of pec deck

    My diet was pretty decent today (For me at least)
    7am - 1 Hardboiled egg & 2 egg whites
    10:30- 2 scoops whey and water
    12:30 - Some roasted chicken and 8 Peanut m&m's
    3:00 - 2 scoops whey and water
    5:15 - 2 scoops whey and water
    5:45 - Gym
    7pm - Roasted Chicken
    About to eat some cottage cheese and peanut butter

    I know I should eat some veggies but I havent talked myself into it in a while now.

    All comments/suggestions are much appreciated!!

    Lookin good brother theonly thing I can see is your diet could use a little tweaking. If your cutting the m&ms arent good lol! Id replace another shake with some whole foodand veggies. Just my opinion

    Sup guys....

    Yesterday was Deadlift day. They felt off to me but I guess its because I have done rack pulls the past 2 weeks instead of deads.
    Deads
    315 x 5
    315 x 5
    325 x 3
    225 x 5

    Superset Lat pull-downs and cable-rows at 120lbs and 130lbs x 3
    Superset Chins and dips x 3 and then 1 set on weighted dip machine with 45lbs
    1 long set of shrugs till failure with trap bar

    12 minutes treadmil at 3.6mph on 3 incline

    Today was legs
    3 sets of squats
    3 sets leg extenions
    4 sets seated/standing calf raises

    Diet was fine until dinner came aroundfriday and saturday then it was tacos and chips and then ice cream later. Oh well as the challenge just started. Im gonna get it locked down on 2000 calories a day this week.

    Also, I haven't stated my supplements as I kinda felt it was cheating but considering where this competition is taking place and the prizes then that's just stupid.
    750mg of DP Test C weekly
    50mg of DP Tren A daily
    12.5mg of Sciroxx Aromasin daily

    Went ahead and added a dedicated arm day so I have a 5 day split now so I dont feel guilty only going to the gym 4 days a week.

    Blasted Bi's and Tri's
    About 4 exercises - Had a killer pump - Seems the Test and Tren are both in full force now
    Finished with 3 sets of dips and pullups to failure

    15 minutes on treadmill

    Diet was about the same as yesterday

    Protein & water x 3
    Chicken for lunch and dinner
    Cottage cheese and pb for late night snack

    Started pinning my Test C ed with my Tren A so...
    50mg DP Tren Ace
    4.5 ml of DP Test C (110mg or so)
    Multi, B complex, Glucosamine, 3.5g's fish oil, EC stack x 3, T3 @ 90mcg, 12.5mg Aromasin

    Thanks guys!! Its going real well. This is my first run with Tren and my sides have been very mild. I think alot of that has to do with the ed pins so my levels stay constant. After talking to Brundel in another thread and looking at some numbers it just made since to start pinning my Test C ed as well with the tren. Its not a huge deal but instead of a 15% swing in test levels with 2 pins a week, now with daily pins it will stay real steady also.

    I have been in a calorie deficit and starting to lean out some but I have been gaining strength so that shows the tren is definitely doing something! Loving it!!

    looking good ..... love to see how Tren works for u, I will be anticipating great news I am taking 13-ethyl which is a progestiin like tren so it will be interesting to see how we both do .... you and I both have the munchies symdrome Friday Nights are my last stand on cheating on diet and i had a small bag of M and M's just 30 minutes ago , lol ... Hell man, you drink 1 1/2 gallons of water a day? you must be running to teh bathroom every 20 minutes.

    How long r u running your cycle for? wishing you the BEST on it, thats the one I had been eyeing at for the future too.

    Thanks! I always have at least one (sometimes 2) carb up/cheat meals a week. It worked for me 8 months ago when I went from a soft 210 to a decently lean 183 in a 3 month time frame. I just love chocolate though so a couple m&m's or whatever here and there dont really hurt at this stage of the competition. Im feeling pretty worn today so Im more than likely gonna take the night off and go have some fajitas and some chips. 4 days in a row seem to by my limit these past couple weeks.

    I will be running the tren as long as I can take it really. I have read most bow out around week 6-8 so I am just gonna play it by ear. I also have a nice stash of DP products to switch to or add in later on down the road. I have some npp, masteron, cut mix and winny tabs ready to go when I feel the time is right and plenty more test e and test prop.
