    I've been noticing that too..... Good for u for getting all that cardio in.. 2 daily sessions, that is awesome.

    plus seems many of us stoped posting weigh used, probably cuz of the rest intervals being shortened between sets...

    You got mid way pics or you keeping this all under wraps?

    P.S. I'm not posting weight because I got lazy. Yes i am weaker but I don't care abou strength i care about leaness.

    I'm so freaking hungry lately...ugh. I actually am getting to the point where I can't think. I seriously have no short term memory. I am getting shredded no doubt but how crappy I feel makes me feel the opposite. I'm battling my mind everyday.. my emotions are out of control...I feel so crappy that it makes me mad lol
