I've been noticing that too..... Good for u for getting all that cardio in.. 2 daily sessions, that is awesome.
plus seems many of us stoped posting weigh used, probably cuz of the rest intervals being shortened between sets...
You got mid way pics or you keeping this all under wraps?

P.S. I'm not posting weight because I got lazy. Yes i am weaker but I don't care abou strength i care about leaness.

PM: Quads, hams, calves...Did Giant set for quads straight sets for both calves and hams.

Push yourself to you limits Phina. Success is in your hands. When your feeling down, crappy, and hungry....close your eyes and invision what you want to look like. Keep that vision and hold on to it. Your incontrol of your body. Strenght is having the courage to continue when everyone else would understand if you quit, that is real strength. If your giving it everything you have, then you have already won. I hope your achieveing whatever it is that you want. Success is in your hands! I am happy that I can help anyway that I can. As crappy as I feel....those 2 sessiosn are and will continue to pay off.

I'm so freaking hungry lately...ugh. I actually am getting to the point where I can't think. I seriously have no short term memory. I am getting shredded no doubt but how crappy I feel makes me feel the opposite. I'm battling my mind everyday.. my emotions are out of control...I feel so crappy that it makes me mad lol
