BOOBAROOS!
Incline barbell- 255 x 12- first real chest workout in a month so i'm happy!
Incline dumbell- 100lbs - 10 reps
Flatpress- 100lbs - 10 reps
Flat fly machine- 185lbs- 6, followed by 135 for 8

My first REAL lift in a month and I actually had a pump. I think the disease is finally starting to subside!!!!! SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!! Going to try a new lifting technique the dorian yates style.
Quads and calves
Leg extensions - 3 warms ups one working set of 210lbs 12 reps
Leg press- 6 plates a side-got really weak >.< 15 reps
HAck squats- 400lbs x 15 reps
Seated Calve Raises- 3 plates-15 reps
Calf Press- 250lbs 15 reps

You are going Heavy duty? im starting something similar. Dc training its close but the volume is increased. You have a stellar base to start so i bet you do good man. Whats your diet like now?
