    Age: 22
    Height: 5'10
    Weight: 243

I'm preping for a show on July 16 in Colorado. I'm super motivated and looking forward to competeing again. I've done one other show and it was 2 years ago. Ideally I want to beat my conditioning from my last show and be 20-30lbs heavier on stage.

    Inspirational Quotes!!

Word's can be a very powerful tool when it comes to success. Why not have a thread where we post inspirational quotes or anything else to encourage each other in our goals no matter what they be.
If this thread becomes popular enough maybe we can sticky it! Good luck to everybody in teh challenge, I hope you all achieve you goals.

Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.

Courage is the discovery that you may not win, and trying when you know you can lose.

Man, you are a beast for only being 22. What weight did you compete at last time?

I want to compete eventually, so I'm going to try to keep up with your log and maybe pick up some stuff. Good luck!
