I start and end the day with a protien shake also at 10 & 3 and after and during each workout. As far as food goes theres no set diet in stone just sticking to all vegtables besides potatos, lots or chicken and beef, Fruit and alot of eggs, also I drink lots of coffee and close to 1.5-2 Gal. of water throughout the day, Im staying away from most all sweets chips Bread and shit in that nature.

Been lifting In the mornings I love the pump that early it really makes for a good day. Not to mention it kick starts the metabolisim.. I'v been doing light days with lots of reps and just going heavy on one base exercise so if im doing chest I stack on the weight to get out at least 4-6 good reps X 3 On the BENCH-- fallowed by many light constant exercises. I'v just been focusing on reps and the burn and now I need to add a little size and weight..
