I work from 12am to 12pm. I usually wake up around 9:30pm take a pre work out then hit the bike for 30 min. Then I try to eat something low to no carbs for breakfast 12am meal. 6am I usually eat 3 eggs scrambled with a little ham and cheese. I eat bananas and apples through out the day. I get off at 12pm and work out I dont really eat that meal unless its good steak or chicken. I have a protein shake right after i work out then chill out for a couple hours then hit the hay.

Use Calorieking.com to try and figure how many calories your eating and will go from there. If you run out of whey can you get more?

Still at it guys and gals. The heat kicked my ass today. It was at least 100° on deck today making the workout that much harder and we are in 10' seas. Today was my last day for this work out set up. I was able to knock out the 4x12 overhand pullups and all the rest of my routine. I will be taking 3 days off then back at it at the gym back home. 6hr boat ride to Point Noire Congo, 9hr flight to Paris, 2hr flight to Amsterdam, 9,hr flight to Memphis, and 2hr flight Home cant wait.

    Hey-welcome back to U.S. of A!
You got some very respectable poundages going.

Do you do hypers or romans? Don't know if it would help or hurt your back--might want to check first.

Hit legs today. HARD. Damn its always the hardest day. Seems like they are so easy to neglect. I have been sorta slacking on the cardio, but gonna hit that hard again. Without good cardio I dont have a chance at this thing. Well here was the work out.
    Leg ext. 20x100, 20x100, 20x110, 15x120
    Decline squat machine 15x145, 15x240, 15x290, 15x290
    Leg press machine, 15x290, 15x290, 15x360, 10x360
    squats smith machine 15x115, 15x185, 15x205, 10x205
    seat leg curls 20x110, 20x110, 20x110, 20x110

Stuff is going really good at the gym. I need to hit the cardio harder for sure. I am only getting in like 30min a day should be putting in at least 15min more.

Well I hit the gym Saturday for abs and Cardio. Went great. Diet didn't stand up to the temptations of the weekend. Tried to eat the whole house it seems like. But I feel guilty and will have a good week this next week for sure.

Still hitting it hard 5 days a week some times 6. I have until June 6th to kill it at the gym then I am heading back to Africa for 5 weeks. I feel that I have come a long ways but have a long road ahead of me. I plan on cutting as much weight as i can offshore. Still doing this without any (good) supplements other than protein and prework out

Well I just arrived in Lagos, Nigeria. I am going to hit the gym here at the hotel for the next 6 days then see what the gym on the boat has to offer. I am going to get back on the diet tomorrow. Its hard to diet knowing that you are going to be gone for 5wks. So the last 4 days I was home was a bust. LOL

Well I have been offshore with my new job and damn the luck. I am working at least 18hrs a day. Getting about 4-5hrs of sleep. I have only been able to really work out 5 times in the last 10 days. I have to admit that the diet hasn't been what it should but not going crazy either. Gonna try to kick it back in shape and get in the gym a little more but my body is saying just go to sleep. LOL

Well my hitch offshore is winding down. I will be home on the 13th and back to the usual hitting the gym every day and mush easier to diet.

    Great journal!

Didn't get around to everyone to even see what was going on in their workouts, but you have a journal and a half. That is one brutal work schedule to lift around (from beginning to the most recent post). I'd want to hit the rack instead of the gym, too.

Looking forward to reading more updates when you can. The challenge might be over but the workouts should never end!

Glad you're posting to IronMagazine, slo truck.
