    Mr.A's challenge

    Hello folks,

    I'm going to try finally to get in shape--never got a chance.

    5"8" 195lbs

    goals: get rid of the fat--get some definition

    have treadmill, some weights, no gym

    eat mostly salmon & brown rice & vegs

    some chicken

    will try to update

    Thank you for letting me join. I'm trying to get in an hour of exercise in per day.
    I have a pic of me dead lifting my Pontiac engine block for back work. I used to work on cars. Now I work behind a computer.

    Did a bunch of body-weight squats and sumo squats and push ups while I waited in the endocrinologist's office a few days ago--three days later I was very sore--mostly in the quads--very interesting.
    I did have to wait over an hour--so it must have been a legit workout!

    Hello again--Hope you all are getting results!

    I'm trying! Thanks to all for advice! I was also in a motorcycle accident years ago--didn't wear a helmet--I was lucky--that's the part that didn't hit the ground.

    I have some pics current to the Bin Laden headlines. My abd. area is hard to get results on. I'm going to use these pics to track if I am making any progress later on in the fat loss department--I figure, if I eventually see some abs, then the fat is coming off...

    Don't give up--we are all winners if we stick with some kind of a lifetime fitness program from now on!!!!

    Ab update pic time. maybe see a difference hopefully. found one used 55 lb hex cheap & bought it for side bends and rows. have one pair of 25s to use for general stuff--when budget gets better, might be able to afford more equipment!!!!!!

    BTW, the treadmill is a manual power one--was cheap & it fit in a small corner--better than nothing...

    KEEP GOING EVERYBODY!!!!!

    Surprise on me--I just had my gallbladder out--As soon as doc clears me--its back to ab work. Now I have three nice Wolverine holes in my abdomen--ho-ho-ho.

    Here's my final pics.
    I appreciated the chance to improve myself--I tried hard.
    The important thing is that I am going to keep
    working on getting in shape from now on & encouraging my family to do the same.
    The gallbladder surgery I had in June slowed me a bit but I feel better & can do more
    abdominal work now without getting nausea as much.

    I think everybody is trying extremely hard & they are all winners!

    that is great that you are back at improving yoruself after surgery..... Keep up the good work and results will continue to come. take pics regularly cuz I didnt realize my change til I saw before and afters, I barely thought I was better for a while....

    post moe often, say something.. we are all here to help each otehr when we can

    BTW, those marks on my abdomen are the gallbladder surgery port holes "trying" to heal up.
    They also went in through my navel & that causes a weird pulling feeling when I do crunches.

    Had to say---only used whey protein--no other supps--and NO test--NO tren, etc..

    Should be TWO categories--NATURAL and JUICERS--otherwise it's NO contest--UNLESS they award prizes for BOTH categories.

    Everybody did really well--I will list as many as I can but I know I didn't get everybody in here so don't take it wrong if I missed listing somebody. Some didn't get final pics in. Maybe they can send them in when they can anyway to show that they intend to keep improving regardless of any contest. Just keep going--I know I'm going to get better and drop the fat and add muscle as time goes on--in fact, I'm starting to go to a gym now after the contest--I did add some mass to my chest and arms--so gotta keep at it--many of us had things getting in the way--but it won't stop improvement when there is dedication.


    acewragge had huge improvement
    Life added muscle esp in pectoral area and dropped bodyfat--extremely amazing transformation
    newkid got very cut
    bwrag got very lean
    HotRodAnglican got amazingly cut
    blergs got very lean and added muscle--amazing vegetarian transformation!
    carmineb added back width and improved abs tremendously
    jagbender leaned down very well and added muscle--good improvement
    D-NUTZ made a very visible improvement in muscle and bodyfat
    PHINA slimmed down a lot
    little wing slimmed down nicely
    sidney lost bodyfat but already had substantial muscle
    cbennett74 added a lot of muscle and dropped bodyfat
    hell made super improvement on shoulders and got lean
    d-latsky leaned out and added muscle
    bader85 dropped a lot of bodyfat and got defined--huge difference
    blazeftp got super cut
    ihateschoolmt added a lot muscle
    Dr. Tox also added muscle
    jagbender leaned down very well and added muscle--good improvement
    buddaluv added very visible muscle gains
    Anomaly got cut and added muscle
    Dointhemost leaned down and made a very visible improvement
