    Leg abductor:2 sets x 20 reps
    superset with
    Leg adductor:2 sets x 20 reps
    Smith machine squats: 4 sets x 20 reps
    Leg presses (narrow stance): 3 sets x 20 reps

    My diet is the same.
    I plan to go jogging after cause wanna get leaner!

    I work a lot harder today since my friend push me to do more on leg!
    I am on leg and biceps today!

    cable push down: 3 sets to failure
    Dip: 2 sets with 30 kg hand on hips
    leg on bench: 3 sets with increase 10kg each sets
    Cable push out: 3 sets with mediun weight.

    Diet is normal as usual!
