Ok so just took a few pics to compare with the ones posted on here from the start and I am not excited. That was a bad idea, I am a bit down about what results, or lack of I whould say, that I saw. Yay for not making progress!! I am lifting more weight than I ever have which is great but as far as body comp results I am not seeing much of anything. Oh well, nothiing to do but continue on in hopes i will see change one day.
Seems these days the gym is not in the cards.....it has been 2 to 3 days on and the 2 to 3 days off. It's killing me. The only thing to do is make some changes. I just hope those changes come a little easy.

Hun, are you eating right? You have to have a strict diet while trying to archive your goal. Lots of water and lean Protein.
I am no where! LOL! I recently had surgery so I have not been to the gym in a little over a week. I should be able to get back in the gym soon but only with light weights I have been eating pretty well though. Lots of tuna and chicken. Looks like i am out of this contest. Maybe I will be able to get in on the next one and stay in it.

Wishing you success in and out of the gym. You took the step of joining the Challenge and that says a lot about your interest in making changing and finally achieving those washboard abs you mentioned in your first post.
Everyone has setbacks or days (month or years?) when the gym just doesn't fit in the schedule. Hopefully that won't be a pattern, though.
For you, laddergoat, and anyone else struggling to get in a routine and sticking with it, perhaps shorter workouts would work. Short bouts of exercise is better if it's consistent, right? And, of course, finding a routine that is fun whether it's powerlifting, crossfit, bodybuilding, volleyball, etc.
Again, wishing you success and -- if you're reading this ever -- give everyone an update on how things are going.
