Figured I might aswell get in on this competition since I was already starting to get ready for summer.

Height 6'1
Weight 265lbs
My goal is to cut fat but keep building muscle

little update
Diet has been going great the last week getting in lots of protein and keeping the calories around 2200-2500
working out 7 days a week 5 days weights with light cardio and 2 days with 1 hour of cardio and then a 20 minute ab workout

Thanks, got alot of work to do over the next 12 weeks but if i keep up the diet and with some added supplements I think I will be happy with the results

thanks, sorry havent been able to keep this updated as much as i would like too work has been crazy and hitting the gym right after work doesnt leave much time to update this thing
Diet is still going great and every workout has gotten more intense since starting if you have an Iphone the gym buddy app is awesome for tracking
^ I'm working with a dinosaur BlackBerry. My uncle swears by his iPhone.

Haven't been on to update for awhile but I'm pleased with the results I'm seeing, keep in the diet really clean lots of protein low calories

update
started a new diet and workout last week so far so good
protein shake first thing in the AM
Lunch: I intake as low of calories as i can but try to get 40-50 grams protein
afternoon snack: tuna, chicken, or protein shake
Dinner: Rice and fish, chicken, or turkey burger
Post workout shake
Workout:
Monday Chest Tri
Tuesday Back BI
Wednesday Legs Shoulders
Thursday rest
Friday Chest Tri
Saturday Back Bi
Sunday Legs Shoulders
Repeat starting Monday
the 2nd half of the weeks workouts are different then the 1st

been awhile since i updated this still been going strong for the most part Diet and cardio have been great had to take a step back on lifting because i recently hurt my back and have been seeing a chiropractor
4 weeks left my the best man or woman win
