i was at the gym today for a full body easy workout and noticed something. I am starting to see my serratus muscles those 3 little rib like musclesbetween lower pec and lats.... that is a milestone for me in weight loss. they arent prominant but they are starting to make an appearance...

well officially, I finished my last AndroMass today.....
I still have a week of Epistane.
I am going to start PCT... I got some store bought PCT, take a pill in the morning, one at night has alot of stuff in it, test boosters, antiestrogens, etc...
and I have clomid and Nolva so I will take those over the next month along with tribulus and the rest of my regular supplements. I aint going to work out too hard to break down muscle and spike cortisol, but I am going to do circuit style full body workouts
then i will assess wehre I am at in a month. I am expecting to be at 195 in a month .
of course, I hope these pogs get transferrred to the forum area with people's logs cuz I'd like to continue this thing if i can and not have to start it over....

I agree, I hope they move these so I can continue.


up 4 pounds since friday. lol what a surprise ... hehehehe my problem is I have to get pics in with paper since I am now realizing the paper may not have been optional for final pics either..... and that extra few poubnds do smooth you out a little. i think it is some bloat.

my final pics... I took off around 20 pounds in last 3 weeks after having gained about 10 pounds first 2 months. I ended up about 12 pounds lighter, give or take from beginning and definitely more muscle.I am happy with my results considering .

I need some new motivation now.... loved this challenge, I was committed to it and now I have a journal I am running to keep that going.
Just finally having time to really go through everyones photos...
Def cut down alot and added it back where it counts! That lat spread is looking wiiiiide especially next to a much tighter waist line! Great work man!

*shrug* I thought they were going to move them over. Aside from that I wanted to do a final update post vacation :P


they did sort of under journals. I started a new journal once the chalenge was overwith. and added before and after pics of challenge in the event they removed the whole section.
on another note, tonight I have Quads, Hams, Glutes, calves. I think i will switch it up and start with calves, then go to hams, then finish off with quads.
