Hello all,
I would like to thank IronMagLabs and all the other sponsors for putting this together.
some stats:
Height: 5'7" :-(
Weight:197lbs (was 205-207, down 10 lbs since changing my bulking diet to a recomp a couple weeks ago)
Current Goal: To recomp/trim down overall but focus to lose belly and chest fat with possibly some added lean mass if i can work that in.
I look pritty crappy right now after bulking and acually look smaller then I did before bulker, sux but all part of the game! :-)
keep in mind im only 5'7" so for my lbs I am happy but plan to reach 235 LEAN in the next few years .

bumpp?
hey i dotn want ot be kicked from contest because there not up, but i sent them! :-(
here are pics i guess ill post them up not sure if it counts but:

you are looking good, I cant wait to see what you are going to look like at the end.... you've already got a great base you are building on
for 5'7", you carry your weight good with nice symmetry and not bunchy
Thankx alot man! :-)
yah im embaressed with these pics, i usualy look like crap in pics an i hate cutting becuae i feel soo scrawny when doing it but look bigger with out shirt but smaller then wth clothing.
I really wanted to push harder this spring and try to see if i can win ths contest! >:-)
sux being 5'7' but @ 220lb (my goal innext 2 yrs with a 10-12% BF) on my hight looks like 260 on a reg person of 6'1'. so atleast theres a SMALL upside i guess :-/
*update*
Trimming up nicly.
gaining a bit while doing it too! atleast it seems like it.
found vaines today on my lower abs (the upside down triangle ones at below waist) that i have NEVER seen before lol.
abs are comming, shape is ok but will be working on it for years of course.
so far so good. :-)
hope i can push it to a VERY lean by the end of this.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL THE OTHERS!! :-)
Looking good man........Trimming that fat right off!!

*update*
might not add the igf1lr3 due to canada post strike! >:-(
will just stick to my test/mast/some tren. :-)
but all is looking ok.
*I got a small viruse this week, but im almost over it and trying to stick with diet and trianning, but it's hard when sick.
*I feel MUCH better now though.
usually dont get sick often so 2 times in 2 months is alot for me, but nothing major.
I WILL WIN THIS CONTEST! >:-)
* fat still comming off, a bit much slower now it seems, but GF says she sees it dropping, (i think i might be being to hard on myself lol)
*powder is up, endurance is a bit better for biking and some jogging.
* I mostly do the same as when im bulking, heavy lifts, low reps, sets to falure most of time. only main thing changed is acually diet.
cardio (besides health) don't mean much for fatloss....its diet/lifestyle, alot fail there fatloss goals due to not knowing this basic stuff.
*I am fairly happy with results, but like i siad i think I might be being too hard on myself. but I want to win this! :-)

glad to see u popping in... sometimes i wonder where everyone is if I dont hear from them often!
looking forward to seeing what you ahve done so far!
thanx alot man!
yah Im really trying to push at this VERY hard! :-)
hope it will pay off, sofar seems to be. hope others will end up feeling the same
I wish you luck also! :-)
* UPDATE:
things are going well. i took 3 days off diet for fun upnorth though.
abs are comming, muscles are popping.
only wish i had a few MORE weeks for even MORE ripped look :-)
sides are few. a bit moody, mostly from diet (alot less carbs then norm or bulking)
but over all i think i got a shot at this! :-)

Sticking by you til the end.... let me know how the IGF1-LR3 works for u..... you must inject it locally , not injest it right otherwise you'll grow a gut ina few months.. (all I know about it)
very untrue info I see postes here and there on forums.
i pin it subq in belly with NO issues.
and iv ran it a bunch of times. no need for locally. igf1lr3 go's systemic in minutes and halflife is around 20hrs.
even igf-1 Des does nt need to be pinned locally BUT if you wanted to pin muscle worked i would rec igf1 des not igf1lr3. in long runt hough. subq is easer, less scar tissue and results are the same (for me )
also i wanted to edit my post of IGF1LR3 as i didnt end up running it. (im not runnign it) im saving it for after cycle for use with my hrt.
just running some tren/mast/test right now :-)
love it :-)
its all about diet and trainning though. :-D

I meant that igf isnt good in the intestines cuz it makes everything grow that it gets in touch with.... I just curiously read up on it but it creates new cells and down the road, you end up with a gut if it is in contact with your intestines..... I presume all IGF works that way, regardless of whether it is time released or not....
EVERYONE seems to love trenbolone, I think I am going to run that for the winter and take a breather from anything for the next several months....
anyway, glad to see u going strong, I feel burnt out right about now

thank u.. I still ahve some study to do on IGF, guess if i decide to try it, I'll have to check up on what you all think at the time
no prob man, iv done countless weeks of studys on igf and mild (yet pritty indepth to most) research into most of the other peptides.
let me know if you need help or tips ;-)
well Iv sent in photos.
im not where i wanted to be for the 18th, i was set back about 3 weeks (2 weeks from being sick from the start and then another 5-6 days sick again a couple weeks ago (i got virus from gf, not that bad but it still messed with my diet and trainning)
I am happy with my results, but wish I have a few more weeks to trim off the lil bit extra fat Im aiming for.
I want to post thephotos I sent in here, I assume thats ok since the midway photos i was told to add myself from a Mod, so im going to post up the before's and afters in my next post.
hopfully i got a chance at this! :-)

My Ironmag Contest log recomp/fat loss thoughts:
overall, it was hard, especially with everyone wants to have fun for summer: beer, food, fun etc.
I had to limit it all, still went away for 4 days up north for fun.
But the main thing is being strict with lifting and food.
There really is no secret to losing fat or having a good recomp.
Its basic diet skills like watching what you eat.
Simply if you eat shit you will be shit.
It really is that simple for the most part.
Over eating just adds to the shit.
I filled up on broccoli, nuts, hummus/cucumber with olive oil, whey protein etc. when hungry.
Even though I really wanted chocolate, chips, COOKIES!, beer, fry's, cheese, ice cream etc.
I did Mild cardio for the most part, pretty much just walking a lot and being generally active; I only jogged a few times and biked a few times. It was mostly diet.
I still lifted like when I bulk, Heavy lifting like I like it.
BTW I’m also a vegetarian for over 8 years! So no meat for me, so no one come telling me you need meat to grow you need to know diet that’s all. :-D
nothing against meat eaters, to each their own, my whole family eats meat (think my big fat Greek wedding, it’s that big and loud), I’m the only weirdo :-)
GOOD LUCK TO THE REST!! :-)
