    Buzzard's Transformation Thread

    Hello everyone... I'll email my pics later tonight, but I figured I'd go ahead and start my thread.

    Current Stats:
    Age: 41
    Height: 6'2"
    Weight: 251-255
    BF% (estimated): 13-15% (You tell me???)

    Goals:
    To get to < 10% BF at 245-250. To have freaky delts, tris and bring my quads up from the pencils I've let them become over the past 15-20 years. To be uber jerked, tan & desirable.

    I've been cutting over the past few weeks (since my last cycle), but my diet has sucked at night and I've hit a plateau. I'm not cutting anymore weight, but I'm not really gaining any fat either. I'm kind of glad now though. I think If I keep my diet in check at night, I can easily cut these last few pounds of BF.

    I may or may not get around to my spring/summer lean bulk/recomp cycle of Test/Tren. I'm not sure if I'll have it put together by then.

    My current training is a modified (my version) of 5/3/1, where I add some volume/accessory work at the end of each session. I'm almost finished with wave 2 now. Once I finish this I'll probably take a week off and go to more volume work. I'm currently not doing any cardio to speak of, except for softball 2 nights a week and weekends. Some occasional tennis thrown in there now and again. Hopefully, actually doing some real cardio will help a lot too.

    No training today or this weekend. Softball tourney tomorrow. I'll go ahead and cheat on the diet most of the weekend and kick off the diet, balls to the wall style Monday.

    Training is 5/3/1 with my own twist. It's working. And I throw a Bicep/calves day in there after a shoulder press day (when the shoulder day is a Monday or Wednesday). Bench press is Monday (3x3), Squats Wednesday (3x3) & Shoulders Press on Friday (5/3/1).

    My diet will be highly restrictive Calories & carbs with most of both coming immediately PWO till 3 hours after WO. Then I basically fast other times during training days until I feel like I'm starving. On non-training days, I skip breakfast and just try to get in 4-5 meals in the 400-600 calorie range, with hardly any carbs (all low glycemic). What has killed me the past few weeks is my lack of focus once I getr home from work... The wife will have made dinner and I've been saying Fukk it and having whatever. Luckily, I haven't added much weight or BF.

    I'll be adding in a small amount of low-impact cardio at some point. It's just hard to find time... I mean, if it comes to bench press or the treadmill, the bench wins out every time.

    Weighed in at 256 this morning. Still basically just as lean as I was (visually). So my diet should be ultra strict/clean starting today.

    I'm either training bench press or Squats today. I haven't made up my mind yet.

    Monday: Squats 3x3
    Wednesday: Bench Press 3x3
    Friday: Dead Lift (Rack Pulls) 3x5,3,1

    I'll post numbers later that will blow some minds and make others scoff at how insignificant.

    I didn't have time to get the cycle together that I REALLY wanted so, I'm going with what I have on hand...

    1-4 D-Bol 40mg/ED
    1-8 Test 750mg/EW
    1-??? Aromasin 10-25mg/ED-EOD

    I plan to be right at maintenance to slightly above for the first 4-5 weeks and then cut balls out the remaining 5-6 weeks.

    Arnold Presses (seated): 65's x 10, 75's x 8 (3x) (very slow & controlled)
    Lateral Raises: 27.5's x 10, 32.5's x 10, 35's x 10 (2x)
    Bent Rear Flys: 30's x 8-10 (4x)
    Lying Incline Rear Flys: 25's x 10 (3x)

    Shoulders were on fire after this. I could hardly lift my protein shake to take a drink.

    I think I'm going to do a wave of 1RM's on all 4 lifts after this wave of 5/3/1. Then I will do a de-load wave, but I plan on hitting the accessory lifts first then the main lift.

    Those are impressive numbers!! I am hoping to be able to military 225 by the end of this contest and doing my 5/3/1 program. Im sitting around my military max of 195 currently...
