My current training is a modified (my version) of 5/3/1, where I add some volume/accessory work at the end of each session. I'm almost finished with wave 2 now. Once I finish this I'll probably take a week off and go to more volume work. I'm currently not doing any cardio to speak of, except for softball 2 nights a week and weekends. Some occasional tennis thrown in there now and again. Hopefully, actually doing some real cardio will help a lot too.
