    Stats:
    24 years old
    5'11
    268 lbs
    too much bf
    broken right 5th metacarpal (fighters fracture)

    Goals:tan,jacked and desierable and fix my hand without surgery

    I carry most of my bf in the stomach and chest, want to do total recomp, cut bf and add muscle.

    supps on hand: (may or may not use)

    Lol not I. Only fights I do are personal matters. Never taken a straight punch honestly.. STICK N MOVE lol. ideally, I want to keep body weight in the 220 zone at some point... Need to be that low to skydive around here. Other thanh that I'm pretty happy around 235, much leaner of course

    stressed the f out lately.. facing wage garnishments on student loans, hate my landlord havent been to the gym since the day i broke my hand etc..(edit:inability to wipe my ass/handle my business.. yeah)

    decidedto go for a run last night... totally not my thing

    1/4mi jog
    1/4 mi walk
    found a track at the school behind my house.. its pavement, but its better than the streets
    so i paced 50 yards and did 50 yd sprints with a 60-120 second rest between

    6 sets later, i was ready for the 1/2 mile walk home

    woke up this morning tired like a mofo... i dont know hoqw i used to run when i was younger lol

    back to the gym tomorrow??

    I have been lucky I havent gotten wage garnishments but tah is cuz i am self employed but I feel for you on the student loan matters...

    Just get to the gym, you can always decide to leave once you get there.

    Had a nice sf left arm session friday. Still Got a broken right hands so the upper body work out was just the left arm lol

    Lever military press 8.8.6.6.4.4 uh.. 45 50 55
    Lever shrugs 8.8.6.6.4.4 90 100 110

    Incline lever press. Hard as hell with 1 hand 8.8.6.6 70 75 80
    Lat cable pulldown 8.8.6.6. 50 55

    Left arm was hurtin for 2 days.

    First gym sesh in 3 weeks..

    Well due to the nature and location of my injury. I'm not using the right at all, not even to rack plates. The worst thing I could do is duck it up and need surgery. I need to work out, but I'm not sacrificing my hand to hit the weights sooner..

    Sf arms today..

    incline leg press 270x10 warmup 8.8.6.6.4.4. 450 540 590

    Seated Calf raise 90x10x3

    Quad extention. 180x8 230x8 250x6x2

    Something I realized after killing my legs on the incline press.. the sled that holds the plates weighs 118 lbs. So I guess add 118 to each weight. Dayum.

    10 min ss cardio 4.5 incline @3.5 mph +5 min cooldown

    And tanning.
