decidedto go for a run last night... totally not my thing

found a track at the school behind my house.. its pavement, but its better than the streets
so i paced 50 yards and did 50 yd sprints with a 60-120 second rest between
6 sets later, i was ready for the 1/2 mile walk home
woke up this morning tired like a mofo... i dont know hoqw i used to run when i was younger lol

I cam imagine pressing movemetns must be hard with injured hand but you do use straps for pulling movements when you need, right?


Well due to the nature and location of my injury. I'm not using the right at all, not even to rack plates. The worst thing I could do is duck it up and need surgery. I need to work out, but I'm not sacrificing my hand to hit the weights sooner..
So for now it's left arm and legs lol

Something I realized after killing my legs on the incline press.. the sled that holds the plates weighs 118 lbs. So I guess add 118 to each weight. Dayum.
10 min ss cardio 4.5 incline @3.5 mph +5 min cooldown
And tanning.
My legs are killin me already lol
