Just passed the first week of the Super-DMZ cycle (as outlined on the website). Despite looking to lose weight, I have gained 5 lbs. Fortunately, this has been accompanied with an increase in strength. My bench has gone up 10 lbs. I'm running about 2,200 calories a day.
Entering 3rd week of Super-DMZ. Am now topping 200 lbs (up 12 lbs). Sister asked if I am "on anything." Assuming she meant AASs. Strength keeps increasing. Today, 185 lb military press and 75 lb seated dumbbell presses.
i just entered my 3rd week to of a similar product and feel like I aint getting much now having gained around as of right now, 4.5 pounds BUT I have also gone down about an inch or so on my waist... its so hard to look at weight alone.

Entering fourth and final week of Super-DMZ (before PCT). Am around 200 lbs. Strength just seems to be increasing. Bench has gone from 225 to 255, incline from 195 to 210, squat from 295 to 330, and deadlift from 300 to 325. Experiencing occasional lower back soreness, but 3-5g of taurine seems to be doing the trick. As for diet, fat is around 60g, carbs 175g, and protein 300g.
Started PCT w/ E-Control Rx. Weight is 203 lbs. Previous post indicates my current lifting stats. Ready to lose some of the weight but hopefully not the strength gains.
