Goals for this Challenge: Lose fat and gain muscle, same as everyone else.
I have been working out fairly consistently for almost a year now, I have almost doubled my strength in some lifts, but I am still relatively weak IMO. I have been using this basic split, with some variations whenever I feel like it:
Incline DB press
Laying leg curl
One arm rows
High incline DB press
WG Upright rows
I have a degenerated L5/S1 disk and sciatica as well as many other dings from multiple car and motorcycle accidents as a dumb kid, so my lower back is not happy most of the time, and I have to train around that.
For cardio I take my lab/shepherd cross for many long walks.

Sorry for not updating guys, I've been stupidly busy... I just started a new job, 10 hour shifts and I haven't done a labour-type job for a while. Good exercise though, I lost 5lbs in the week since I started. I am home sick from work this afternoon, I have a nasty cold.
