Journals after the contest

Some of us have started journals in the Online Journal section.

Is anyone else going to keep a journal?

I wonder is some peeps here would like to have their "challenge" thread

moved my the mystical "mod" powers to the online journal section?

is that possible?

I already have my journal over there and I know BWRAG started one.

I think I will start a new one next week for my road to my first comp. Its a great way to stay focused and accountable.

HMMM! That is a good idea! I am having " built" help me out now with a diet since I did not get nearly the results I was looking for. So yes I would like to stay accountable as well.

Where are your challenge photos now that teh competition is through?

I am not sure! I think they will just put them on our threads

To tell you the truth, I am not really happy with the results yet. So do not want to put it up there until I am satisfied with my body! But I am going to continue on this journey and I will get there. I have dropped weight training completly and have been doing an hour of cardio 2 times a day and counting calories. So I will get there and when I do, I will make a complete album like you

That was my original thought that The Mods could Move the IM Contest threads into the Online Journals

They may want to wait until the contest is over

I would love to see them moved. I'm not done yet, and am currently doing 10th days of damage on Mexico at an all inclusive resort. I'm glad I have no idea what calories I've put down today!
