    Working Super-dmz into existing supplements (input please)

    Hey all,

    First cycle of Super-dmz. So far I haven't adjusted my existing supplement load, simply added Super-dmz, anabolic matrix, and advanced cycle support. Could you take a look at my current line-up and let me know if I'm going overboard?

    Super-dmz: with food, breakfast & dinner
    Anabolic matrix: with food, breakfast & dinner
    Cycle support: with food, breakfast, lunch & dinner
    --
    Animal Pak: with dinner - only one pak per day
    Epozine-O2 (BSN): 3 tabs with the pak; 12mg Niacin, 30mcg folic acid (total for all three)
    Carlson's Fish Oil: 1 tbsp with breakfast & dinner
    Liquid multi vitamin: 2tbsp with the morning fish oil, not too much, just gets me going in the morning
    --
    Primatene (Ephederine HCl): 50mg spread in seperate doses ~3 hours apart throughout morning and early afternoon
    Caffeine: 400mg, same as Ephederine
    Aspirin: 81mg with first Ephederine, 81mg with 1230pm Ephederine
    --
    Jack3d (USPlabs): 2 scoops pre-workout
    Modern BCAA (USPlabs): 2 scoops w/ water intra-workout
    Accelerade: 1 scoop w/ water intra-workout
    --
    ON Platinum Hydro-Whey: 40g post-workout

    Don't want to overload the liver, and I feel like I'll just get phantom symptoms and paranoia unless I get an "OK" haha.. Thanks for taking a look!

    Most of its actually really cheap, for the amount of time it lasts anyways.

    Breakfast: 1/4 Buffalo Chicken Sandwich; 1 tbsp fish oil
    Snack: 1/2 Cup Mixed Nuts
    Lunch: Large Salad, no dressing, some cheese, few croutons; tuna caserole (pasta); 3/4 cup mixed fruit
    Snack: Chewy Bar
    Dinner: Protein powder w/ skim; chicken breast; 1/2 cup blackbeans; 2 cup broccoli w/ cheese; 1tbsp fish oil.

    That was today. Not perfect I know, but I have a pretty busy day. Typically I always get at least the three mains and two snacks of some sort in between, and usually not chewy bars. Breakfast is usually 4 eggs, greek yogurt, one piece whole grain toast.

    5 weeks at that dosage (Super: 1 pill 2x/day, Ana: 1 pill 2x/day, Cycle: 1 pill 3x/day) after that I'll drop the Super for PCT, double the Anabolic Matrix, and start E-control.

    Looks like a well thought out cycle. Be sure to keep us posted. I would probably look to tailor down some of the caffeine & ephedrine products, unless your energy levels are real low.

    Thanks. I'm keeping a personal log, I may post it up here. I'm in a training environment and spend about 9 hours in the classroom a day covering MAYbe two topics. Pretty exhausting. I figured I may as well be thermogenic about my stimulants rather than drinking tons of coffee or soda. Is your concern blood pressure?

    Im will be following this log because I might use DMZ as my second cycle after the 1g of 1-dro and would ike to know how it works. Also what will your diet be like? are you dirty bulking (ie BK/bacon)or are you clean bulking(home cookin')

    I don't always have the luxury of choice dining, but I generally keep to the cleaner side. I'm in the military so I do take my fats seriously as a source of slow-burn fuel, so bring on the bacon as far as I'm concerned! But nah, fast food is never really an option - tuna sandwich in a pinch.

    Gonna start the official log next week, this one's been a bit hectic. Its going to be interesting. Bottom line for now is that I can tell it works. Maybe I'm new to the type of product, or maybe I'm sensitive, but bad also comes with the good. I'll elaborate more in the log, but so far I can tell its going to be a very powerful training tool, and its a power that has to be respected.
