Don't exactly know where the proper forum for this would be, so I apologize if this is the wrong area. Anyway, I placed an order Saturday which probably should have shipped on Monday. I'm having problems getting a status update on my order. A tracking/delivery confirmation number, an update through email, nothing. I sent a query via the "Contact Us" tab on IronMagLab's website, but I never got a response. Can a company rep or anyone help me out? I'm assuming you need my order number, I can PM that. Thanks.

ironmaglabs is g2g placed a few orders with them and have been very efficient u will be happy with there products

Ok, so why no delivery confirmation numbers? It's a pretty standard optional service that's used by pretty much every legit online vendor I've personally ever used. It's been 4 days, no package, and Priority Mail always comes in on the 3rd day to my address. I can call up the post office, but I have nothing to give them except my name and address. Kind of annoyed at the moment to be honest with you.
Damnit, you'll get your placebodrol as soon as prince says so!

Eh, hope so. Like I said before, I've ordered nearly a 100 or so items(mostly Ebay, online vendors, etc.) using Priority Mail as the shipping service, always comes on the 3rd day, save for the holiday season where orders come on the 4th day. Never once had an issue until now. I went down to the post office and explained the situation. They checked their inventory in the back and found nothing.
Heh, I guess this thread is gonna be my daily package log from thus forth. It'll be helpful for potential customers reading this as well to see how IronMagLabs operate and deal with problems that may arise. As of right now however, I've been getting virtually zero customer support from the company.

maybe you should try being more respectful,you can handle things more maturely and get better results. It's good the people involved are more professional , cuz if was me u were talking to like that ur order would be on continous loop going nowhere. Your basically comin in "our house" as ray lewis would say, and talking smack trash talk. Mistakes happen to everyone everywhere, and yeah it's a drag, but these r stand up people, it will get resolved.Just be patient, and respectful would probably help you out alot to.

You're probably right, I was a bit of a dick in my 3rd post, I apologize, but I am not trying to trash the company, that's not my intention even though I may have a bit, lol. I am simply logging my experience. I explained what I am doing on my end: going down to the post office, calling the usps lost package line etc. IronMagLabs haven't done anything on their part and I know they're watching this thread. That may sound harsh, but it's the truth so far. No emails, phone calls, nothing. In retail, you deal with asshole customers everyday, it doesn't give you the right to spit in their food. If you're professional, you'll give that customer the same amount of service as the next guy and the cycle repeats itself. If my package never comes, that's fine, what's done is done.

SFW I am not sure what you are refering to as placebodrol. Weren't you one of the testers for Super-DMZ. From what I remember you liked the product did you not? Just wondering what you meant by that. Could of been nothing but just want to clear it up for others who may read this. The products I have used did what they were supposed to.![]()

Whoops, completely forgot about this thread, I'll update. The product came in late on Monday, although I noticed that it did in fact have a tracking number that I had been asking for but never received. Doesn't matter though, after all said and done the product I ordered came in tact and it's been working well so far. Anyway, sorry for stirring up so much drama. IronMagLabs is in fact legit, now go order shit from them now, lol.

how is it that people are up at 4 in the morning, do you all get up that early or do you have insomnia?
