    Yeah, but you're all muscle from what I can see, I'm mostly fat. What can I expect to see in terms of weight loss and muscle gains?     Congrats, and props on the weight loss - don't slow down now - FULL STEAM AHEAD!

    I'm not one to bash something without trying it out first. I know p90x and Insanity work, I've used both of those programs in the past.

    Shoot for 300g+ protein, < (LESS THAN) 200g carbs, and the rest of your calories can come from fat...should come out to around 2500-3000 calories. Depending on your intensity and how hard, long, and frequently you train... you could burn a considerable amount of fat.

    Here's the minimum recommended for the cycle:
    6wks Cycle:
    Halo Extreme
    3 caps daily

    ACS
    3 caps daily [separate from ph dosing]

    Anabolic Matrix
    3 caps daily [w/ prohormone dosing]

    4wks PCT:
    Clomid
    1mL [50mg] daily

    What's the minimum I can expect to see in terms of strength and mass gains following the program you've outlined? I workout everyday, by the way. I do my P90X workout, then about 45 to 50 minutes of proper weight training. If I take my prohormone at 9:00 a.m., how soon/late should I take the cycle support? How soon should I begin my workout everyday after taking my prohormone? Would E-control be effective instead of Clomid? I was going to buy 1 Halo-Etreme stack and an additional bottle of Halo-Etreme. Also, I'm consuming about 2100-2300 calories a day, (P90X diet plan) which I was told was fine since I was so overweight. Since my body fat percentage is pretty high, I can still lose weight and gain a considerable amount of muscle. Should I eat more or is that fine? Sorry to play 20 questions, but I'm spending alot of money on this stuff and I want the best results. One last question. Can I use Halo-Etreme with another prohormone and get better strength and mass gains, if yes, what would you recommend?

    im doing the full halo extreme stack. I take the adv. cycle support with halo in the morning on a light breakfast. I recommend either Cyanostane m-sten for strength gains. I went with m-sten and love it. Its IML as well btw. Both cyanostane and m-sten take about the same amount of time as halo to kick in. Ill be using both E-control and Nolva for PCT. Or E-control and clomid its your choice.

    check this out^ or something like it to find your maintenance calories. Aim to eat about 20% less than that.


    Just taking a wild guess since i dont know your maintenance calories I would imagine your not eating enough.

    2.) Osta has very few sides; you may experience mild headaches or acne (I've seen some mention an itchy rash - but that is usually a sign of an allergy). A dose of 10-15mg is used for cutting, while a dose of 20-30mg is great for adding lean mass. <-- More than 30mg is not recommended.

    3.) Imho Halo Extreme will do so much more for you especially the way I laid it out above. It will give you hard dense muscle, a leaning appearance, and lots of strength. Osta is good too, but imho it takes a LONG time to take a strong effect - in my experience I didn't notice it peak until week 6.

    4.) E-Control by itself will help raise your natural test and lower your estrogen and it does not require any PCT. In my experience it is not strong enough by itself to give a hard dry look, but it can certainly assist in that factor as long as you're already lean (8% body fat or less).

Question, while taking the 3 caps daily, whats the recommended dosage times. I saw that this has a 12 hour half life but not sure how to dose it this way giving your now taking 3 tabs. Would i take 2 in the morning and then 1 at night ? or 1 cap 3 times a day...

    There is no minimum, or guarantee. I'm not going to sit here and lie to you and say you will gain at least 10lbs of muscle and 50lbs of strength added to all your lifts... No, it will greatly depend on your diet and training. You need to be dedicated and consistent. Only you will be able to determine how much muscle and strength you gain.

    Dosing time for the prohormone doesn't matter, but I'd recommend keeping it around the same time every day. Take the cycle support 2-3hrs after you take the prohormone.

    E-Control can be used in conjunction with clomid, but I will not recommend anyone use a prohormone or steroid without a SERM such as Nolva or Clomid. The E-Control is a mild aromatase inhibitor (AI), it will be useful bridging it into the end of the SERM. The SERM can rapidly raise natty test levels after a cycle, but then this natural test is usually unstable, and can aromatize into estrogen - leading to estrogen rebound and painful gynecomastia (bitch tits).

    I don't know your body fat percentage, so I cannot accurately asses if you are or not getting enough sustenance to build ANY muscle.

    If you'd like to stack it, and prime yourself for better fat loss, I'd recommend going with Cyanostane! Stack it at 3 caps daily side by side with the Halo.

    Awesome! For dosing, you don't need to split the caps up at all, you can take them all at once if that's more convenient for you. Whether you take 75mg all at once or 25mg 3x/day, the decay rate will be the same. They will be completely out of the body at the same time.

    If you're body fat percentage is anywhere near 40% you need to reconsider the cycle for the time being. You need to just drop some body fat with some good old dieting and cardio - you'll find 12wks of Osta (3 caps daily) and Pyro (1 cap with every meal) to be very beneficial for fat loss. After you cut your body fat down to <20% (even better would be <14%), reconsider taking the prohormones. Their effects will be much more pronounced when you're at a leaner body weight.

    If you really do train 6 - 7 days a week, you should be burning a steady 3 - 4lbs of fat per week eating only 2000 calories. Meaning in 3 - 4 months, you could get your body fat percentage in that 14% - 20% range.

    it sounds like he is at risk of burning through some muscle as well? those calories are pretty low
