There is no minimum, or guarantee. I'm not going to sit here and lie to you and say you will gain at least 10lbs of muscle and 50lbs of strength added to all your lifts... No, it will greatly depend on your diet and training. You need to be dedicated and consistent. Only you will be able to determine how much muscle and strength you gain.

Awesome! For dosing, you don't need to split the caps up at all, you can take them all at once if that's more convenient for you. Whether you take 75mg all at once or 25mg 3x/day, the decay rate will be the same. They will be completely out of the body at the same time.
