Just giving my personal input and opinion on IML's Halo Extreme...
I am running Halo Extreme for 6 weeks on the front end of a Test E cycle. Today marks day 15.
Here is the cool part...I am CUTTING and I am in a calorie deficit 6 days out of the week and I have one day where I eat what I want (within reason). Not only am I in a deficit but I have been doing more cardio than usual and I am up 5 pounds from 15 days ago and I am LEANER...Now I realize I have not gained 5 pounds of muscle and that all or most is water but when I look in the mirror I am most definitely leaner and definitely more vascular in my foremarms/biceps.
Strength: This started going up on my chest workout a couple of days ago. I noticed my energy was way up and the reps were going up. And today's workout proved it to me because I worked out my back and I was upping the weight on every exercise. Not only that, but I had so much energy that I decided to throw 3 sets of heavy squats in at the end and was shocked at the weight I was using.
Last thing: The past 3 days or so I have been getting VERY good pump..Doesn't seem to matter what body part I am working, my whole body still swells up.
