Over the course of a year or so I've been running a few IML's products on and off. As I was doing so I kept a detailed logs over on another board that IML's sponsors. Though these are already logged I figured I'd share them here with you guys who are looking for feedback and to gather more info about these products
I'll simply be copying and pasting these logs in the same daily sequence so that it'll be easy to fallowing along
Here's is my Super DMZ 2.0 Log from 7/29/2012:
Just pop'd my first dose (just do'n 2 caps once a day). Here's a quick run down of where I'm currently at. About mid May I did my first run of IML's with their Metha-drol Extreme. The 4 week cycle brought me from my natural bodyweight of 222lb up to 238lb. I then ran a 3 week PCT of clomid and vitrex and THEN right on into a 4 week cycle of Osta RX. Now.....Over the years, after run'n a cycle such as Metha-drol, I'd eventually settle back down to my natural bodyweight of the lower 220's after be'n of for about 6-8 weeks (wich is where I'm about at now). However, with the Osta RX be'n implemented I was able to hold a bodyweight of 232lb while still obtaining good strenfth, fullness and training pumps. So that's the bodyweight I'm starting this log at today, so not exactly starting from scratch, but I imagine my stats will climb back up to where they were when I was on the Metha-drol.
Here's a run down of typical daily diet for me:
Protein: 350-400grams (50% come'n from whey, the other whole foods)
Fats: 60grams on training days, 80 grams on rest days (mainly from natural peanut butter)
Carbs: 250grams on training days, 100grams on rest days (mainly from oats, potatos and fruits)
My training is a 2 days on/1 day off protocal. I'm a firefighter and work every 3rd day so I just take every 3rd day off from the gym. The rotation goes as fallows: Day 1: Legs, Day 2: Delts and Triceps, Day 3: Off, Day 4: Back, Day 5: Chest and Biceps, Day 6: Off..........Then repeat. So everything gets hit once every 6 days.
I do some what of a DC style of training in that I'll do rest pauses, static holds and extreme stetching at the end of each training session, but I do more volume than what the standard DC protocal calls for.
So.....That's it in a nutshell. I've been very impressed with all the other IML's products I've used thus far so I have high expectations for the new 2.0 version of Super DMZ.
Was on shift yesterday so took the day off from the gym. Just got back from hit'n legz this morn'n. Got a great quad/ham pump, the best I had since I was on MDE, a glimpse of things to come no doubt. Forgot to check my weight in the gym today cause I had to get my kids before the child care closed, but will check it during tomorrow's session for sure. My wife is a teacher and just started back to school this week, so I'll have more time to myself in the gym to hit some cardio after training since she won't be with me. I'll be check'n back in tomorrow.
Just got done with Delts and Triceps this morn'n. It's day 4 only but still got that muscle tight/fullness kick'n in again during train'n. My weight was 233 wich is a pound heavier than what I started at 4 days ago, wich is surprising cause I've been eat'n pretty clean passed couple days and it was after meal 1 rather than meal 4 when I normally weigh myself. This rapid gaining seems to be a theme of all the new 2.0 logs I've been fallowing. I'm very optimistic of the weeks to come.
Day 6 for me now. Was on shift yesterday so didn't train or check weight, but will be hit' back today then chest and biceps tomorrow. At this point at the end of week one things should really be start'n to kick in as that's been my experience with other IML products, so really look'n foward to the next couple days of train'n. I'll check back in after hit'n back today.
Just now come'n down from my back session. My lats were flare'd up like a pissed off cobra. Great pump. My deads where only 2 reps off from what they are when I'm fully gass'd and I'm still only in my first week. See'n that that's where I'm currently at, by week 4 of this run I should at least be at my fully gass'd up AAS strength if not stronger.
My weight was 236lb, that's a 4lb gain in 6 days, and these extra lbs seem to be pretty dry too. Libido kick'n into high gear aswell.
I got Chest and Biceps tomorrow and really look'n foward to it.
Just got done with Chest and Biceps. Pump was skin splitting, I'd say yesterday and today's training pumps were at a full 100%. This usually doesn't happen until week 2 or so when running strong orals like this for me and I just wrap'd up week one today. I'm not exactly sure if 100% of my pumps be'n at full throttle already at only week 1 is all DMZ 2.0 or if bridging with the Osta RX before hand is play'n a factor too as the osta kept my pumps from bottoming out like they normally would. Either way all credit is due to IML as these are both their products. My weight was still 236 today but this was only after meal one as opposed to after meal 4 when I weigh'd 236 yesterday. Very happy with the 2.0 thus far.
On shift today so no training. Will try and take a trip up to a gym here in district for cardio if call volume permits it. The next 2 days to fallow I'll have legs then delts and triceps. I'm starting to have that tight/full feeling all over now, even when just sit'n around. And I normally have a flat look to me upon awakening but looking in the mirror this morning before heading to the station my muscle still looked really full.
Just wrap'd up a leg routine. I haven't really trained my legs hard and heavy in the past couple years cause all the years of it in the past was do'n werk to my hips and knee's. And since I stop'd competing my large legs just became a nuisance. So all I do really is just leg ext, high rep leg presses and leg curls, all rest paused. I'll so still push myself harder than most do on legs, I train to failure and all I just use light weight and little volume.
But anyhow, my legs today got a sickly pump with some nice quad vains showing. Was using the same amount of weight that I normally do but was able to rep it out a lot more. Tried to do a little low intense treadmil at the end but ended up get'n so pump'd in my calves and shins I couldn't do anymore than about 10min.
Weight was 237lb which is up yet another lb from just a couple days ago. That's a total of 5lbs in just 9 days and still look'n tight with no noticeable water retention.
Delts and Triceps earlier this evening. Much to my surprise I'm already at 238lb (the weight I max'd out at on the MDE) and I still got 2 and half weeks to go. And IMO this is a better looking 238 now aswell. Strength is right up there along with the bodyweight as well. Libido is in high gear, I can't get enough of my pregnant wife. Can't say for sure whether or not I have an increased appetite like others have reported, but it's definitely NOT supressed like it was on the MDE. Sleep is also good too. So, no notable sides as of yet, no water retention,no insomnia, no appetite supression, no blood pressure elevation. All is good.
This is my favorite IML product thus far. Their products are like potato chips, you can't have just one......
It's get'n late and I'm tired so Imma make this a quick one. Trained back today, even with the added bodyweight I'm still crank'n out the same amount of pullups. Afterwerds went up to 315lbs on my barbell rows which I only do if I'm really feel'n good and strong, thus..........I was feel'n really good and strong.
I been eat'n pretty clean past 3 days or so, same amount of protein and all, just cleaner and lesser carbs. Usually when doing this I can expect a couple lbs of bodyweight drop but much to my surprise I was still at 238lbs today. Nearing the end of week 2 now, I gotta a feel'n I'm gonna see 240lb which I haven't seen in a couple years.
So the back session that I had yesterday would have normally did me in pretty good the day after as I pushed it pretty hard, but today I'm really not the least bit sore. Recovery is really picking up. Looks like I need to increase my training volume or get a partner to help with some forced reps.
Had my chest and biceps session yesterday. Pump was rediculous. Normally after a certain amount of sets I'll start to feel the muscles be'n work'd start to flat'n out from squezing everything out, but yesterday I never really got to that point. My chest and bi's felt pump all the way to the last set and not the least bit flat'n'd out, so I threw in an extra few sets for good measure. My weight was at 239lb so I'm officailly past where I was on the MDE and still feel I'm a bit tighter as well. I just turned 30 yesterday so I celebrated with a trip to 5 guys burgers and a cheese cake platter. I'm on shift today and will try to make it to the gym if call volume permits it to do some cardio and check my weight. After the way I ate last night I'm pretty certain I'm in the 240's for the first time in a while.
Just now at the half way point of the run. Very anxious to see how the next 2 weeks go.
Looking fuller and more pinched off now than on the MDE. Guess tha'st cause the lack of water retention makes them pop a bit more. I'm normally reletively flat looking upon awakening but now my muscle still look like they're actually pumped when I roll out of bed.
Today I started with a leg ext/leg curl super set. Right after do'n my first light warm up set my quads/hams were pump'd as if I was already in the middle of my leg session. Vains where more noticeable. I usually like to do a slow, inclined walk on the treadmill for about 20 min after legs but was just too pump'd for it today, quads, hams, calve, everything. Weight is still at 240lb, I got delts and triceps tomorrow, look'n foward to it.
Was busy yesterday on shift do didn't have time to get around to an update. Monday I trained delts and triceps, my military presses were the strongest they've been in years. It seems that the weight of the basic power movements are the tale tell sign of strength gains, at least for me anyways. But my strength is still on the rise. I hit triceps afterwerds and always like to do a little bit of super setting some light curls with my last tricep exercise for that overall front to back arm pump. I really wish I had a tape measure on me cuz my arms felt and looked huge. I'm gonna put my tape in my gym bag and measure them tomorrow right after my cest and bicep workout, more than like just under 20' i'd imagine. I did go to the gym yesterday on shift for some cardio and check'd my weight at 241lb.
I'm bout to head to the gym now for a morning back session. Gonna hit some heavy rack deads and anxious to see how much weight I'll be able to pull.
Wanted to get a pump'd measurement just for shits & giggles really. It'd be nice to see the tape max out at 20' around my arm regardless of pump'd or not. Though a true and accurate muscle measurement would be a cold one (except for the penis, I'm a grower not a shower).
I did an extra back exercise today see'n how my normal amount of sets that I did last week for back wasn't enough to get me sore. Strength was up for sure even from the last back session, which is unusual see'n how I normally train in the evening but with more carbs in me but today's training was in the morning after only 1 meal.
Day 19: Weight is 242lb so weight is still on the rize along with my strength. I'm now 4lbs heavier than what I maxed out at on the MDE but I actually have a dryer look aswell. Veins are really pop'n now especially during training.
Of the other orals I've taken over the years I think this DMZ 2.0 is comparable to halotestin cause of the adrogen like gains without the conversion. This would be an excellent pre-contest supp.
Week 3 is in the bag. So far a 10lb bodyweight increase and strength to go along with it. No noticeable sides thus far and with it this run be'n 3/4 over I doubt I'll notice any at all. Muscles are much fuller, rounder and harder looking. Training pumps and libido are both trough the roof.
For week 4 I'll be out of town for work but will be able to stay strict with both training and dieting. I won't, however, have internet access. So I'll be reporting back in a week which will be the very end of this 4 week run.
This will be the last day of the 4 week run and this run.
I just got in from some training out of town but was able to get my training sessions in and was able to actually get more protein in than I normally would at home thanks to the buffett the hotel had and having my galon sized siplock bag of whey and not having my kids around to feed aswell. Only bad thing was not get'n any tail for a week. I came home and smashed my pregnant wife so hard she's thinking of go'n to see the OB to make sure the baby in there is still ok, oooops.
My weight has top'd out at 244lbs now at the end of week 4 (4lbs heavier than what I maxed out at with the metha drol and I actually look a bit tighter now aswell, so figure that one out). So a 12lb gain from where I started which is very impressive to me because I was already starting off at a heavier bodyweight than normal.
Considering the dry weight gain, strength gains, libido gains, pumps, no noticeable sides and just the overall feeling of well-being through out, this is my favorite IML product to date. I'd even say that it just might my favorite oral period.
Liked it so much that I bought up another 6 bottles around the week 3 portion of the run, before they even cut the price if that says anything, but still worth every penny. It's a shame it won't be around much longer.
Want to again thank IML for having me participate in this 2.0 trail. I enjoyed every minute of it.
Been off just a little over 2 weeks now. Weight is still sit'n at 240lb so only down about 4lbs. Pumps are still good, muscle are still full.
I'm try'n to get ahold of my buddy who shot the training photage but he's been working out of town and when he's not working he's studying for some BIG test so he can promote. Hopefully he'll get around to editing it soon.
