Have a log on another board in the IML forum on my experiences using IML products all while being on prescribed HRT....i am prescribed 200mg of test cyp ew...2iu HGH daily...250ius HCG e3d and. .5 mg adex eod...have been on HRT along time...started around 2002-2003...so 10+ yrs it appears...end up on HRT due to a 5-6 yr run in my early 20's of pretty much non stop.AAS use...and some high dose cycles...
So my purpose of.this journal is two.fold...one is to show the hrt/trt guys what IML products fit.in well with TRT...educate guys on how the body.changes hormone.wise as you age..and too educate the younger generation on how to not end up on TRT for.life...its not.cool or fun...i took a ruff estimate the other day that i have pinned myself around 2500-3000 times over my.life...thats not.cool...trust me...

I started a cut jan 1...yes jan 1...very original i know...weight was 242lbs then..im currently 217lbs empty in the am...weight was dropping pretty.steady but as expected has leveled out with the addition of msten a few weeks ago at 2 cap ed...love this stuff..mainly cause it works and i get zero sides..bonus..

Yeah...im honestly very suprised by msten...i struggle with even the mid level orals...bp normally is a issue within a week.or so...even on say 40-50mgs tbol....so to be able to run sometbing that adds this much to my strenght and muscle shape with no.adverse effects is nice...then again my ast/alt is prob 3000/25000 and i dont even know it...lol...

OK..I seem to have not subbed myself to this thread...and with things hectic and my shitty memory I forgot about it...lol...sorry...since mid march I have continued to set clean and I added in cardio...yes the dreaded cardio...my weight is 212lbs in the am and has stayed at that for a few weeks now roughly...I have been on trenabol for a little less then that 3 week period..I jumped to 3 caps Ed split up...strength is way way up...libido is way way up...and oily skin is up some...my diet is clean but not very structured..so my cut down isn't as fast as one would normally like..but I'm not in a big hurry..will keep this updated now..

Diet and/or bf phase has been going well...as stated before it kinda stalled a few weeks ago a little...so I added some cardio...nothing to serious...what I call MISS..so somewhere between LISS and HITT...I like to put the treadmill on grade 8.0-10.0 at 3.2 and go for 30-40 min...flat walking hurts the arches in my feet u less the treadmill is inclined...keeps weight on heels..I also took a "little" relook of my diet...
Looks like the trenabol,cardio and diet adjustments worked cause my weight hasn't dropped a ton but my clothes are falling off...I mean big time..had a cheat meal last night thou..

Been a week or so since a update...things are going well....weight is holding at 210lbs empty in the am...trenabol ended on Monday...great compound but it was time to move on for now.....not sure what I'm gonna do next....of course still on hrt and the few additions to that...
I'm tapering off some cytomel right now thru next week...been on that for a wee bit longer then normally...and in the past I have learned the hard way that a slow taper is a must for me or anyone...my thyroid is like starting a model T ford...
Will continue with cardio...clean food plan...and intense training....goal is to be 3-4 week out type shape for the July show one of my clients is doing...I think that's very reasonable....

a killer leg session yesterday..i'm really hurting this am...hurt to sit on the toilet..gonna be a tuff day at work with these sore sticks..
bf% drop is starting to slow..gonna need to structure my diet more to make more strides..or add more drugs and/or cardio..think i will go with the diet change..if i carb cycle right now i will start dropping bf very quickly again..currently i'm consuming atleast 400-500g of carbs a day..be it there clean..but its still up there some...prob look at high 500g...and low 200g..that normally works well..and i dont feel like im gonna eat my shoe or anything..

things are still thumping along...hit some light training today due to playing in a charity golf outing..so energy levels weren't exactly off the chart..
i have structured my diet more and upped the cardio..30 min 5-6 x ew..so thats about as far as i'm willing to go with cardio..
will look to add a thermo soon..prob toss in some IML Pyro Rx and see if that gives me a lift..oh and no full abs yet..
