I am actually a new member on this site but I have been reading posts and educating myself here for quite a while. I have found this site has been a great source of valuable information for me.
A few months ago I was reading about Jintani Labs which is a source with decent ratings among members here, so I decided to place a small order of a little over $500 dollars. To make the long story short more than 2 months went by and no gear, they are not responding to my emails or requests. They seemed to be good at answering emails when I first placed the order but later they just decided not to answer my inquiries. Yesterday they sent me an email asking me to rate their service, kind of like mocking me.
At this point I am not upset that they just took my money but I'm more upset that they seemed to contact me a few times when I first placed the order and after I mentioned that I did not receive the gear, they just disappeared on me.
I am frustrated and don't know what to do at this point......Should I cut my loses?
no it is not ok for you to cut your losses and be unhappy? are you kidding me? why would you settle for that?
ok, contact the Jin team through their website customer support. right now you have to try a couple of times (just cut and paste the same message over and over) because for the past week or so some messages have been timed out without delivery before being rejected. there is something with the site that they have to fix (not fast enough for my liking). but please continue to contact them over and over. there is absolutely NO reason you should be unhappy with our service. I do apologize for their support ticket site being a bit buggy right now.
