Checking my testosterone serum and estradiol serum

More than likely you'll get a >1500 score which will be able to tell you if there's testosterone in it, but won't be able to determine if it's properly dosed. If you want to use it to dial in your AI dose then I'd wait a couple weeks.

I've been on for about 5 weeks and on 1mg ED of Adex for the 5 weeks. I should be gtg for checking the estrogen? Take an hour before?

I would test 24 hours after taking my adex, this will let you know what your levels are peaking at.
I'm not sure this is the perfect way, it's just how I would do it.

We need a standard procedure for prop testing. At least a guideline that everyone can use so we can compare apples to apples.

My doctor actually wrote a script for test P but pharmacy did not carry. So I can only assume there is.

to the OP..thats alot of adex..how much prop are you on?..and anything else??

if your on ed pins of prop and ed use of adex 5 weeks in..it really doesnt matter when you get it done if your looking for actuall on cycle levels...

I'm on Test P 100mg ED Tren A 50mg ED 60MG Anavar. Did my test this morning and got bloods back already, estro is 241.8!!!! My test serum says 1500 doesnt say >1500 just 1500 thought that was weird. Guess I need to find new adex ASAP!!

I dont know that a standard procedure is going to do anything. Usually when you get your Test tested, the highest number your gonna get is >1500. Most of the time thats where your levels will be. So your not going to be able to tell if a certain time, shot location, dosage, is better than the other. They are all going to say >1500.

Trash that adex asap and get some tabs...im assuming your using liquid research stuff with those results...

I can get it through a compounding pharmacy no problem except its very expensive...

Prop peaks at 24 hours and adex is still active so probably the best time interval for both.
