i have been taking cm for about 2 months and i think i may have come off it only for a couple of days. i am also now taking pure whey to help me along. with the cm i dont think i have seen a great deal but do you think taking pure whey will help. how long do you think it will take before i see a big differents with taking cm. could tell me the best way of taking it. thanks nick
