    Mohamed Makkawy 2014

Im a big fan of the magic Egyptian Mohamed Makkawy. I've heard he's a trainer at Adelaide Club in Toronto but was wondering if anyone have recent pics of him this year or last year. Danny Padilla, Kenichi Suemitsu and Makkawy were 3 prime bber's under 5'4. Here's an older pic of him with Serge.

    Love handles we all dislike

Diet is usually the common answer found when I read about losing love handles. I myself have them and dislike that a lot. They widen my lower waist area and looks horrible when comparing to my overall physique. Any success stories on ridding these ugly things? Im an Endomorph btw.

    Rest between sets

Based on certain old timers from the Gold Era, 30 to 40 seconds is optimum for mass. I remember reading this in Vince Gironda's Wild Physique book.

    Brutal Forearms [Lee Priest]

I train forearms 3 times a week and can't seem to get them to grow bigger. I was wondering what are the secrets in building a good set of forearms similar to Lee priest or even Frank Mcgrath for that matter. All advice appreciated.
