AH YES... I love when i see the squat rack curler... I recomend joining them, because curling in a power cage is proven to not only add 5 inches to your arms, but also it will double your max bench... haha i despise some people
it's as simple as eating twice as much as you eat now.. if you don't wanna get all math and science, then just force yourself to eat as much as possible... then do some good compound exercises (squats, benchpress, deadlift) and as far as supps, just protien or a weight gainer for extra calories
I agree with Gaz... Leather straps are probably your best bet , ive had mine for years, and they're still going strong... as long as theyre leather the brand shouldnt matter
