    YES! That's the WHOLE reason why I spit them in the first place. Just do it man, you wont regret it. My split is: Quads chest/tris back/bis shoulders hams/calves I did randomly throw calves in there for a while because they are so stubborn for me. For a while they weren't growing

    I have a herniated disc as well, actually sounds like a very similar injury to yours. I have split hams and quads for a good 2 years now, almost three. I like it because I feel like I can get more quality with that muscle group instead of being burnt out before my second half of leg day.
