thanks big guy no bats fine lol. hey MURF you got any good training ideas to get my traps bigger i always had bad traps maybe you could shed some light on new shit to do. i do upright rows and shrugs anything else you could think of?

reverse pec deck with the seat in a low position and its all about the squeeze which im sure you know. And of course thats after the heavy shrugs. So when your doing the reverse pec deck your hands are about level with your nose ....Try it right now as your seated but with your grip at nose level and squeeze even with no weight you can feel it ...I believe its all like Dorian said mind muscle connection . alot of guys do the reps but dont know how to squeeze JUST the muscle you are working at that time ...FLEX AND SQUEEZE

hey thanks bro never heard of those brother ill try them on my next back day as i combine traps and back. i only train now 1 bodypart week as the pump dont kick in until about the 3rd day. but i stay pumped all the time with metformin and 5 ius slin. never wake up flat in ages lol. yeah murf i hear ya squeeze and i dont dress to impress no more . thats how i fractured my femur last yr. trying showing off with 6 plates for squat to a hot girl that now i fucked but wasnt worth the break lmfao. thnx again i tried it sitting here it hits the trap. on pec dec cool

those'll hit your rear delts as well... it's a definate must for my routine as well.

ok now 2 guys i must be fucking real old school as i started in 1978-79. but ill learn the new ways i havent heard of, thnx to both you 2 guys. all i been doing these decades is db, bb upright rows and shrugs i hope i can bring my traps up.

I'd take those forearms of Mex any day of the week. Christ, they are just too beautiful for words.

yes it hits the rear delts with your hands in a lower position but strictly isolates the traps with the hands at the higher position ...Happy to help brotha dont really look like you need it tho. But i guess the best thing we do here is say what works for us and pass it along .
