since my torn labrum in my shoulder ive been scared to go to heavy, basically been doing cutting excersizes, i miss my max out HIT days =\....my friends keep telling me HGH will solve it....who knowz tho
315 for 9 incline barbell. I mostly stick with dumbells but I was called out by some corn fed ego maniac that he could press alot more than me. So I had to put the boy in his place. He couldnt do it once. Oh he was 23 and I am 42. Ahhhh kids today.
FTW34 i myself tore my labrum in my left shoulder a few years ago. it sucked. i was a full time athlete and lost my full ride to Clemson university to play football due to a labrum tear(shoulder) and a ACL tear, and a meniscus tear all in one. usually you tear your meniscus when you tear acl in the knee because they are so close. however my shoulder feels great again brother. just take it easy for awhile. at first it would pinch for about a year after heavy days on chest, but now i never ever feel it anymore.
